I am very satisfied with my iPromo product. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. They helped me make my vision a reality.

We have had issues in the past with iPromo, but since they were always able to fix them, we kept using them. Our latest order will be the last time. IPromo condensed our zip file to fit onto our USB, because they said our data was too large. They used a zip file program that no one at our conference had on their laptops, so our IT guy had to unzip them all manually (200 units). Once he unzipped them, they fit fine onto the drive even though iPromo told us the data was too large. What a waste of time and stress - we will not be using iPromo again.

The product (custom USB's) were ordered and delivered with zero angst. Alex was very communicative - confirmed our order, helped us finalize and make sure the artwork was going to work and look the way we wanted, and the final product was delivered in great time - quick and efficient. Would recommend iPromo to anyone.

I ordered dozens of flash drives with my company name and phone number printed on them. I loaded on them my latest software update and mailed one to each client, and received many responses and a great deal of respect. IPromo would have pre-loaded my software on them for me, but I preferred to do that myself. I couldn't be happier, so doubled my first order, and did it again.

I look forward to working with him on future orders. Richard Soti handled our order problem and he too, was wonderful. He addressed our concerns and followed up on the resolution. Bilal was terrific to follow up and keep me posted on the shipment of our order. Terrific service and great company to work with!

We always order our USB bracelets for marketing from iPromo. Never have had a problem and always deliver when they say they will.

I'll admit that I was a little nervous using a strictly online company for such a specialized project, but iPromo is great. They have great customer service representatives and I'm always happy when I receive the final product in the mail. This is the third year that I've used iPromo for designing our USB's.
