Great repairing service

This review could easily have ended up being a poor/mixed one but in the end these guys came very good. They repaired the motherboard in my phone in one day with lots of phone calls keeping me updated and charged me a very reasonable £100. Unfortunately 3 days later it wouldn't charge and so back to the shop I went. It was apparently fixed within the day, they even gave me a free charging cable and plug, but on returning home I discovered the problem hadn't been fixed! Back I went again the next day for them to attempt yet another repair.
After two days without a phone I was starting to become rather annoyed/anxious but then got a call to say they couldn't repair it but gave me an identical device totally free of charge and transferred all my data across too.
Top class service and will definitely be using this phone shop again.

I had a problem with un unknown administrator on my iPhone and iPad. Phoned Repair Guys who said it could be a complex problem.
Called in the office, problem erradicated in five minutes. I had previously spent about four hours trying to fix it.
No charge, fantastic service , cannot recommend them highly enough.

I recently repaired my iphone 13 pro max, issued i faced in motherboard, these guys fixed it in same day, and there customer service is excellent i must recommend them, also they fix it in very good price.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I took my MacBook to be fixed, the communication was shocking. Told it would be done in a couple days which then turned into a week then into two. Kept using excuses that the parts hadn’t arrived with Royal Mail etc, load of lies! Don’t answer the phone or message, 4 weeks later I finally get through for them to say they can’t fix it anymore!! Such a scam and waste of time.

Absolute shocking horrendous service, take weeks to repair and then when they mess something up the response is ‘we cant keep all customers happy that’s just business’

Great service I would recommend it to everyone had my iPhone fixed In couple of hours which was water damaged

Told my PS5 would be fixed in one day got it back after 10 days of messing around to be told it’s now in a worse condition than when I took it. I went to the shop due to hdmi needing changing fully working ps5 apart from picture I collected it now it won’t come on and has missing parts when I called to ensure this was my ps5 he said he had forgot to put the grill back on absolutely disgusting service from start to finish would not recommend
