Highly inappropriate garment description
The garment was described as "knitwear" and as a "jumper" It was made of flimsy T shirt fabric which is admittedly knitted not woven but could only be described as a knitwear jumper with the intention to deceive. This fabric was printed and photographed to appear to have the three dimensional effect that a genuine knitted garment would have. The colour of the trim did not match any of the colours in the garment and the whole thing was poorly made and the sleeve length was totally out of proportion to the rest of the garment. The response of the company was to offer a 15% refund to fund resizing the garment!

Same clothes advertised on Lotimena and…
Same clothes advertised on Lotimena and Floryday and Iris Ruby. I have yet to see any positive shopping experiences with any of these 'companies'. Consensus seems to be ill-fitting tat delivered late if at all, difficult to return and partial refunds to the lucky few, mostly through the good offices of PayPal. Impossible to browse anything without their intrusive ads popping up.

Do not buy from this company. Stupidly ordered from them before Christmas before I had read the reviews Only two out of the eight have arrived. What has arrived does not resemble the photos on the website at all - cheap and nasty.
It all comes from China, no returns.

Do not buy from Irisruby the clothes…
Do not buy from Irisruby the clothes are rubbish quality and do not fit. I am a size ten and ordered a small size but as Chinese women are much smaller than English this needed to be a large size. Did not read anywhere where returns have to go back to China at your own cost and maybe need a customs form as well.The two tops I ordered are going straight to the charity shop and I will never use the site again

Size of items from different designers differ. So you cannot choose the size according you usually wear. You should refer to size chart to check the measurement.

They advertise high quality clothing and send you a crude print barely resembling your order on cheap polyester which is poorly made. Hope they are shut down. They are impossible to get a refund from and use their location in China to blackmail you into accepting a 15% refund "for alterations". I can't emphasise enough how poor in quality their products are. Facebook need to think about their role in this scam also, as they have given them their platform.

Do not order from this company! The quality of the clothes is very poor and the sizes are too small. I ordered 3 items on 2nd Dec and one has still not been delivered.

Bad service
I wished to return items that were badly made. I have e-mailed, but no response. I am still receiving items I ordered, but am not happy with most of them. I have yet to receive all my order. Not only are the communications bad. The delivery bad, but also the products are substandard. I would give no stars if there were an option.

don't use this company its a scam
ordered 4 items 25/11/20, 2 received 01/12/20 and 07/12/20. Other items not received tracking shows returned to sender by UK warehouse 01/12/20.
No response form company to multiple email's requesting a refund for undelivered items.
£60 out of pocked shan't ever use again.

I only give this one star because I…
I only give this one star because I cannot go lower! How I wish I had read these reviews first. One item out of 5 was good but the rest rubbish. They have offered me 15%off a cardigan instead of returning it to “toward the cost of alteration”. They say easy return but absolute nightmare and hence I have done what they hope you do.......give up but NEVER will I buy from them again.

I agree with all of previous negative reviews. This company ignored all my requests for a return code & refund, and when trying to follow their instructions to return, you are directed to submitting an online form, which never gets replied to. I also sent emails to what i thought was the customer service address link : services popkeep com ?? QUALITY IS POOR AND ABILITY TO RETURN/REFUND IS NON-EXISTANT.

I sent for a lovely looking, well fitting fluffy jacket. It arrived swiftly, posted from an address in Reading UK, but when examined was of such poor quality, and fit, and had a long black mark on the back, that I immediately began the return request process. What a farce! With daily emails, I was offered a 15% cash refund, then a 25%, then a 30%. They will only allow a return to an address in China. Such a return would cost more than the garment. I have reported them to PayPal. This is a SCAM! Don’t buy, or trust them. Don’t be fooled. AVOID!

My wife liked the look of a scarf
My wife liked the look of a scarf. When it arrived, it was just a piece of raw material and not what was expected. I complained to Iris Ruby who then offered me a discount to keep the item and then increased the discount as if that would make the item wearable. I returned the item as per their instructions and emailed them the Royal Mail proof of posting. I heard nothing from them so luckily I had paid by Paypal who looked into the matter and issued a full refund even including the return postage. Wouldn't buy from them again. Too much hassle.

Having read the reply from Irisruby, you can see the problem. It is quite obviously an automated standard reply and has taken nothing from my complaint into account.

Poor Quality Tat
Like others, I really wish I had read the reviews first. I think because I saw the ad on The Guardian website I was cajoled into feeling this must be a quality company, but of course they aren't liable for their advertisers and it really isn't. The items were cheap, poor quality tat, which bore no resemblance to the photographs. Horrible ultra synthetic printed fabric. I was offered a 15% refund which I accepted as the cost and effort of mailing everything back to China (I was required to cover postage) would have virtually cancelled out any refund gain. I have now received the refund. I'm regarding this as a lesson learnt - if something is surprisingly cheap, that's for a reason.

I got a quick refund
I placed an order before seeing TrustPilot reviews, at which point i panicked and emailed to cancel the order and request a refund. They responded within 24 hours and provided a full refund within 5 days. I can't vouch for product quality (maybe you get what you pay for), but my experience was pretty good.

Where's the quality control?
I struggled to give Irisruby even 1 Star, but couldn't give any less. I received my order today and it went straight back into the wrapper. The wool felt like sack cloth. The finish was appalling and although I didn't try it on, I could tell it was far too small. The replies to some of the reviews suggest contacting the service office and a full refund will be given once they have received the goods. However on the Returns Slip that came in the parcel states "Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted" In other words I'm wasting my time and money returning it!
