Stand by their products, fast communication

It is hard to imagine a five-star review that starts out with a 'blow out' hole causing one of our two SUPs to sink, forcing us back to the dock after just a half hour out on the water. But ... I sent photos and a note asking what could be done. We had to go through steps to verify what happened, and that the board indeed did not fail due to anything on our part. That accomplished, Hudson and Kaye were able to process the claim, determine that it was still under warranty and offered us a comparable replacement board.

We had had the board for almost, but not quite 3 years. No pro-rated 'credit' based on how long we had it, no offer to fix it (we would never have trusted it not to fail again). The whole thing sorted by Wednesday morning - and the original email was sent to them on Sunday.

THAT is service. THAT is standing by their product(s).

I would like to thank Kyra for getting us back on the water 🩵

I would like to thank Kyra for assisting me with completing a warranty claim on my daughter’s board. I had a little confusion with the processes but she was so nice and helpful. Very pleased with how fast she completed my claim and got a new board in the mail so we can get back on the water. Thank you Kyra!

Great company and products

Honestly, this purchase was somewhat insignificant...I only bough a battery for the SUP pump and a cup holder. Having said that, they shipped it super-fast, which was awesome.

I guess what would be more useful/relevant would be to rate the SUP that I bought a year ago. I bought the Blackfin XL, and I absolutely LOVE it. It is very stable, easy to use, and super easy to transport.

I will say this, if you are going to use the manual pump to inflate it...you will get a pretty good workout before going out on your board. Not that it is hard to do...but it takes a while and is tiring.

It has taken forever to get a simple…

It has taken forever to get a simple little screw and I have had to cancel a must anticipated trip because of this. I ordered this on June 14th, and 9 days later I still don't have it. How hard would it have been to put this in an envelope and first class mail it to me????? I have purchased 3 paddleboards from you folks, I am VERY disappointed in your customer service

I am returning everything. I will send some pictures as well along with what I sent before
Sadly! Was expecting more and didn't want to just got to Amazon!!
I looked up best paddle board for my needs. You came up
My packaged arrive and it's amazing that most parts are in (IThink!) No instruction
Got a speaker that does actually attach I need a GoPro attachment and the carabiner broke the moment I tried to lift, there is a little tare on the board as well. Bummer!
It from its place. Sorry but no thank you. Maybe next time if there might be a next time. For $1000 dollar plus, nothing should be wrong especially when I already sent you pictures of how it arrived. Please send me my refund. Paddle board season is in and I want to try to enjoy it!

2nd board and excellent customer service

I received my board with several screws in the box (from FedEX truck) possibly compromising my new board. The repair kit also leaked the glue. I contacted iRocker, and their customer service was prompt. The board was fine, and they followed up regarding the repair kit and a new is on the way. This is our second board and we love them both!

Poor Customer Service

Unfortunately, my order shipped without the paddle. I have submitted a claim on Tuesday. I got an AI response which is great to let me know it was received, but I have not heard anything since. I also tried to call and the voicemail says you don't take calls which is disappointing especially if a customer has an issue with an order like this. They can't get it resolved quickly.
From a marketing standpoint your website is confusing. If you look at the inflatable kayak seat description you have contradictory statements only inches apart from each other. As I read and made my buying decision I stopped reading after I found the information I needed. If I read further down, I would see I received bad information above. This should be fixed. I also still need to know which version will actually work with the board I purchased.

The board I received is nice and I like the stability (I just used my kayak paddle) but the customer service aspect of this purchase has been very poor.

Disappointing Experience with iRocker

After under 1 season of use and following all instructions, the portable battery for the paddle board pump abruptly stopped working. I called the company who were friendly and offered some trouble shooting steps, and told me that if those didn't work to send them an email and that they would cover the battery on warranty even though it was outside their 90 day window. I followed the steps, and when the battery remained completely dead I emailed as instructed only to be told that I was outside the warranty period and there was nothing they could do except offer me a $25 discount on my next purchase over $99. Would not recommend this company based on the product failing after very little use and the misleading experience with customer service.

Service beyond words!!

I rarely write reviews, but iRocker absolutely earned this one! I had a seam leak issue with my SUP and dreaded having to deal with a warranty process - but I was blown away by how easy and fast iRocker made it. I called, spoke with Rocky, and within 20 minutes I had an email with everything I needed to submit my claim. Less than 48 hrs later, Brittany reached out and I chose my new board and I had a shipping confirmation for my brand new replacement board. This level of customer service is almost unheard of these days. Huge shout out for iRocker for standing behind their products and delivering world-class service. I'm back on the beautiful FL waters and couldn't be happier! Thank you Rocky and Brittany, your Experience Team is truly the best!

The package was packed poorly and…

The package was packed poorly and missing 2/3 fins as well as the paddle and the tube used to blow up the SUP. Board was thankfully packaged nicely. Been looking forward to purchasing an irocker for a very long time.
Thought this prior to Father’s Day so that it would be there so I could take my dad on a trip and I wasn’t able to do that because of missing items very disappointed.

I was well informed of my purchase(s)…

I was well informed of my purchase(s) from the advertisements. It shipped the next day and we had them in the water the following weekend. Durable, packed well, everything was in the box (that's an issue these days, not with Irocker). Ton of fun! I worked on getting my "sea-legs" this past weekend, and when we go to the creek this weekend, it should be a breeze compared to the ocean. I'm glad i pulled the trigger finally. I've been researching for several years.
