Very difficult to do a return. I called the phone number they provide and no one answers. No call backs when messages are left. No other way to do a simple return.

The product I ordered was recommended by my Pelvic Floor physical therapist. Your company was the only one that carried the size I needed. The ordering process was easy, and although the only choice was to sign up for a "subscription ", which i didn't want, I called your customer service rep, and they took care of it, with an email confirming the request. FEDEX delivered on the day and time that was indicated. It was a very pleasant experience, which is rare in this day and age. Thank you for your efficient service. Much appreciated!

Got the wrong order and instead of sending the right product they are sending a refund…. So in return I have to find a new place to order the product. Which was needed immediately

I am so angry. I ordered a box of 10 bandages in two different sizes. They sent me one of each at an absorbent price. When I called to check my order believing it was a mistake, they stated they see why according to the pic it’s a box of 10. Then they asked if they could call me back and they never did. Big rip off company! Don’t buy from them that was the quickest 100 $ that slipped through my hands
