Rug is excellent. Took the risk even though I read bad reviews, and my rug is perfect. It was a week late because it came from Australia, but I didn't mind. 10/10.

I purchased another rug, very competitively priced. The rug was as described and well packed. I received it 12 days later which is excellent considering it was sent from Memphis USA, it is coming up to Christmas and we live rurally.

A terrible scamming company. I paid for three rugs thinking they are a New Zealand company, but NOTHING happened. When I called the person on the phone could not speak English and I heard a different story what had happened to the ordered rugs every time. They said they are stuck somewhere in Australia and the couriers were not working. Then they said they haven't even been sent. I am so upset that this is possible with a .co.nz web address. Who monitors this? I want a refund, but nothing happens as New Zealand lets scammers run free. BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS, they are dangerous.

Absolutely in love with my outdoor rug. The quality is great and is a beautiful style, love it!

Bought a rug, thinking it was Auckland based. Got a Fedex tracking (which was really quick to NZ). Then all shipping stopped at Auckland and was sent a dodgy text message to pay customs duty if I wanted my rug delivered (just enter your credit card here!). Called irugs (0800) which is off-shore based. They could not find my order number and they hung up on me as there was nothing further they could help me with. No rug, no money.

I did not read the reviews when I bought the rug's valued at nz1000.00so I was quite upset when later reading it. But was very very happy when I recieved the rug's in great condition n two days earlier prior to the given date. Excellent quality, great customer service .much recommended👌🙂

BUYERS BEWARE: DONT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT IN NEW ZEALAND. WE ORDERED A RUG THAT CANT BE DELIVERED TO NEW ZEALAND BECAUSE OF FREIGHTING LOCK DOWNS IN THE USA. BUT THEY CLAIM IT IS ON ITS WAY. THEY WOUNT REFUND THE MONEY AND ONLY OFFERED A 10% REFUND. DONT BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR ORDER

I am super happy with my purchase from I rugs. It wasn’t until I received the irugs shipment details was became aware they are based in the USA but I waited & the shipment delivery date passed. Now I must state I’m in NEw Zealand so distance is always an issue. I spoke to Armeena in Customer Service & she was great. She listened, chased FedEx & emailed to advise her actions. Later that week the rug arrived. So the rug is fabulous, colour muted as per the photo & enhances our lounge.

I am impressed. My round floor rug arrived yesterday. It is as the website described but I'm thinking better. Great service, communication & I am truly satisfied. iRugs is where I will buy my next rug.

If you are in New Zealand I would caution against buying from them. They do not care about customer service, they don't make right on products with poor workmanship and will not switch out products. Rather buy local, it's far less hassle and you will have more protection if something goes wrong. There is zero consumer protection and after-sale service with Irugs. Be careful.

Website was easy to view and understand.
Excellent to have no shipping cost. Rug was just as i expected and great quality. Extremely fast shipping that can't be faulted.

Quality inferior, flimsy so bunches when walking on it as it’s thin, too much effort returning it cause it’s supplier is not in NZ so I kept it. That’s on me, delivery took 2 weeks which was quite quick for international shipping.
Now purchased a new rug from another vendor.

Fantastic service. Polite help desk who go out of their way to assist. Bought two wonderful rugs as described. Highly recommended.

My rug arrived with hardened "folds" not the creases of a rolled carpet. It was a present for my daughter and I was very disappointed. The company sent suggestions of how to remove the folds, none worked. They are like lumps and my granddaughter's walker won't go over them, effectively trapping her at one end of the room. I was offered a 30%refund which became a 30%discount off my next purchase and that hasn't been effected, either. A great company as long as nothing goes wrong as I previously bought another rug which was just what I hoped for. The problem is, if the purchase is damaged, you won't get any help.

I have now bought 3 rugs in two different orders. One an outside patio rug which is great and exactly as the photo. This rug seems to tolerate getting a little wet around the edges and drys quickly. I have it on a covered deck. They would work well inside too. I also bought two indoor rugs. Definitely great for the price and I'm happy with them but the colours are certainly a lot duller than shown in the pictures, however I was a bit worried they would be too bright so in some ways a bonus. They were both multicolored with orange as the main colour. Delivery was super fast both times. For a cheap purchase I'm happy as. Great choice selection too.

We ordered our rug on the 31st of July and it arrived today on the 9th of August, 3 days earlier than expected. This rug has travelled from afar on many flights to arrive at its final destination, I'm impressed with the tracking. After unwrapping the rug and giving it one good shake, it looks great, the colour is great, it feels great. Great communication from the start to end.

Ordered a long runner carpet. Irugsnz communication was excellent. They gave us a delivery date and it arrived a day earlier. Their tracking system was spot on!
The carpet was rolled up tightly and had many creases when we unfolded it. Followed their instructions and it looks great now. We are very happy with the quality and would buy again should the need arise. Well done team at IrugsNZ.

Rug came with a stain unfortunately, however when I contacted customer service they were very quick to respond and offered a full refund with no need to return the item. Pretty amazed at that to be honest. I’ve ordered from them before and was very happy with the speed of delivery and the quality of the rugs.

I was after a shaggy rug for our second lounge and came across Irugs. Brought one at 50% off with free shipping, then decided to review the company. I was gutted to see that they were based in the USA not NZ!! Then I thought....there's a scam and there goes my money, never expecting a rug to turn up to NZ! Nearly 3 weeks later, after following the shipping tracking, my rug turned up and its absolutely gorgeous and true to size. The quality and the color is just perfect. For the price, free shipping from the USA as well, I never would have found such a perfect rug as I have from this company. For me, Irugs as been completely legit (apart from the NZ website), and I highly recommended ordering from them. If I need more rugs in the future, I'll definitely reorder!! 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

This is NOT a NZ company!!!
I bought a rug for the living room. The colour was nothing like the website illustration, being a faded dark yellow rather than the cream I wanted.
I was unable to return this rug as the options were either to return to their warehouse in Switzerland (the nearest warehouse to NZ apparently even though they say they "have warehouses all over the world"), or to pay $332 to them to do this. I am deeply disappointed but will learn from this.
