I had a great experience. I don’t like working with recruiters because most of them are pushy and don’t understand my situation. Dylon was the best recruiter I’ve ever worked with, and made the process super easy.

I worked with Dylon Allsopp on an Associate Director of Business Development Opportunity. Dylon has been very professional throughout the whole process, and I really enjoyed working with him. He has been very transparent on the position, replied promptly to my requests and call me up to communicate on the phone when necessary. Unlike some other recruiters, I didn't get too much push from his end to rush through the process, which really makes me feel comfortable. Although I do wish this position could send over the offer a bit earlier, so it aligns with my schedule better, but I have nothing to complain in terms of the entire experience working with Dylon.
