I had a great experience working with Chris Clay. Chris was very responsive and helpful throughout my interview process and I'd highly recommend working with him.

Annoying and unprofessional. Recruiter reached out to set up a call, didn't call on time, then messaged saying "something came up" and rescheduled for the next day.
Meeting time for the next day came and went, with no call, or message, or contact of any kind. Why would someone who is a professional waste another's time like this?
I will no longer pursue opportunities that are associated with Irving Knight, and in encourage other do be aware of their unprofessional practices.

I’ve been working with Mia for a few months. She is by far the best recruiter I’ve ever worked with. She sends us updates about the interview process constantly. She is always available for a phone call and reply to our messages immediately. I’ve had an emergency situation which she was able to re-schedule the interview minutes before the scheduled time. She follows up after all interviews to make sure all is well. Again, best recruiter in the market.
