From start to finish, I couldn't be happier with the service I received. It was time to replace my boiler. James visited me and ran through my options. A few days later, the engineer was out (sorry I can't remember his name), but he just cracked on and within a few hours, the new boiler was installed and up and running.

I had the Isafe team install a new boiler for us after ours had broken down. I should mention we have boiler cover with SP though the Isafe team had quoted and installed a new boiler before SP had made a decision on whether I was to repair or renew my boiler! So quick and easy from the initial call to Isafe to the finished job. Thank you to James who attended our home initially and kept in touch through out the job, Stevie for installing and going through our new system with us and to Scott and Imran for checking in with us after the job. I had a boiler and radiators installed yesterday by Isafe. Couldn’t recommend them enough. From the man who came out to give me a quote to the 2 men who installed I received friendliness, professionalism and felt they knew their job inside out.

I would highly recommend iSafe Gas, our boiler was old and beyond repair, I contacted them last Wednesday and had a new boiler fitted by Friday. James came out and talked us through everything and made sure we got the best boiler to suit us. He was very professional and friendly and answered any questions we had. The installation was seamless, Stevie the engineer talked us through the installation process and was very informative so we understood. He cleaned out all our radiators and pipes, installed a new flu and gas pipe so once the boiler was installed everything was running perfectly. He took time to show us how our new boiler and heating system worked after the installation. There is nothing I could fault with the service we have been provided with. As a 1st time customer I can definitely say we will continue using iSafe Gas in the future.

I cannot recommend James Mathieson and the iSafe team enough! We had a new combi boiler fitted beginning of September. The guys were brilliant (the pipe work is so tidy) and the boiler is working an absolute treat. James is very knowledgeable and provides all the information you need to help you make an informed decision on the best heating system to suit your needs. Our new combi boiler has amazing pressure (which was our main worry about changing from the system we had) and I can already see the price difference on the smart meter. It’s so unbelievably cost effect compared to the system we had in place before. If you’re thinking about a new boiler you should definitely give iSafe a call.

iSafe gas called this week and Scott fixed my boiler, restored my heating and hot water within an hour. I am so impressed by this company who turned up within an agreed time slot, stuck to the price quoted but also were sympathetic to my plight, professional, honest and friendly. I don’t know what more they could have done. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to others.

1st of all , I would like to thank Matt, his customer service skill were 2nd to none, extremely professional. Had an issue on the day we were going on Holiday, asked Matt if the Engineer could call out before 11am as we were going on Holiday that Morning, Engineer turned up well with the time and resolved the leaking pipe for us, great service from the engineer as well.

Company so professional, James was great at advising myself and my wife. Engineers turned up on time and went over and above, extremely efficient, were also clean, tidy and left no mess whatsoever. Also after installation James personally came by to check we had no problems and were happy. Were recommended to me by a friend and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

iSafe Gas carried out a system to combi boiler change for us. Even from the initial survey, we were very impressed and booked the work there and then. The installers arrived on time and carried out the work to a high standard and there was no sign any work had been carried out as there was no damage and carpets etc were put back perfectly. I would highly recommend iSafe Gas to anyone and would look no further in the future for any Gas works I need done.

New boiler fitted, excellent work from James at sales, engineer & apprentice, steven & leo worked so hard on the day and were lovely, chatty, tidy & kept us up to date, we are so happy with our new boiler and can’t thank these guys enough for their fab work, house all ready for winter now, cheers guys

Isafegas what can I say! Excellent service from start to finish from the Salesman giving the quote to the engineers doing the install.
Once I made my mind up the next day I was booked in for a new boiler the engineers were here early doors and left the same day all finished they cleaned up and put everything back where it belonged, very respectful and cheerful and they definitely know what they are doing they went through everything with me so I know how the boiler works will defo recommend to a friend!

Great service from initial visit by James right thru to installation.
James made sure he walked through various boiler options. He offered a number of warranty options which I was looking for.
I subsequently contacted James to advise him I was happy to proceed, ideally looking for the boiler to be installed in 3 working days . All finance elements sorted quickly.
Installation team were on site at 8:10am. Polite and efficient guys. Job completed by early afternoon. Old boiler and rubbish removed by team.
James also popped in on the day and followed up a few days later .

I own a small portfolio of commercial properties and rely on iSafe for boiler servicing. The entire team of engineers, installers, and back-office staff has consistently provided top-notch service.
Recently, we had the pleasure of having Adam, one of their skilled engineers, carry out a boiler service. I've met Adam on previous occasions, and he's always proven to be knowledgeable, well-presented, and polite during his visits. Unfortunately, this time, the boiler, which was nearly twenty years old, was beyond repair and not cost-effective to fix.
Adam promptly took charge and arranged for their Sales Manager, James, to attend the property. James provided us with a competitive quote for supplying and installing a new, energy-efficient boiler. The efficiency of their operation was impressive. The service was booked for Wednesday morning, and by Wednesday afternoon, James was already there with the quote. The installation of the new boiler was carried out and certified by Saturday morning.
The engineer responsible for the installation, Stevie, was truly excellent. His expertise in gas systems, boilers, and safety was second to none. Not only did he perform a clean and tidy job, but he also took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Stevie spent a good half an hour going through all the paperwork, controls, and best practices to ensure we get the most out of the new system. He didn't leave until I was completely satisfied and fully understood how everything worked.
I wholeheartedly recommend Adam, James, Stevie, and the entire iSafe team for your boiler and gas central heating systems. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable.
