I've never received the product that I ordered.

My mechine is fun wish i could connect with others it did pair but only for a few seconds my internet is starlink wich is fast but oh well wish i had this long time ago i have some attachments coming been 8 days since order shipped hope it comes today.

We got sent a wrong item.. something we didn’t order..
I contacted them and they promptly replied and were happy to make it better for us. We really appreciate them for everything

I have sent multiple messages and emails requesting to cancel to my order. A representative named Cally emails be back as if she is a robot. Tells me that the order will be shipped soon. Then emails me that order has been shipped. Basically didn't pay attention to what I am exiting in the email. 0 star customer service.

I had to purchase a brand new machine due to the one I already had could not get any answers from the company to remedy issues I was having with it.

The delivery was excellant. The package came much quicker than I expected, and once it arrived so did I!!

purchase was easy and arrived just fine maybe some more tape for accessories taped to the outside of the machine box.

The level of service and after warranty help i received was great, 2 products sent to my old address i thought were lost, where replaced twice without question, i got my machine at a good price too, my experience from them here in Australia was above expectations thanks for reading.

This is a really solid machine and very versatile. The toy it comes with is high quality and ready to mount. I’ve been generally very happy with it and I’ve put it through some… very demanding heavy-duty use. If you’ve got the budget and you’re into really big toys like me, you may want to go with one of the super high-end machines but you can definitely make this one work for you.

At first, there was an issue with the machine not working due to likely issue with the motor/electrical component. The speed adapter also would not connect due to the adapter and/or machine (it is not complicated to do and following the manual is easy, but there clearly was some defect). They got back to me and sent me a new adapter, which did not make the machine work due to motor/electrical issue I’m assuming. It was very frustrating.

But, they sent a brand new machine, which worked. I had to first clear out some metal/plastic piece jutting out in the connector tunnel and then it screwed in properly. My guess is these machines are not always the same despite manufactured in bulk, so there may be some defects here and there. I am overall happy with the customer service for listening, receiving my emails with photo/video and not ignoring/minimizing the issue. The new one works well thus far, everything connected well on this one. The manual was easy to follow as it always was. I am giving 5 out of 5 due to correction of the first order.

I feel scammed slightly... I bought from them recently but they refuse to give me a tracking number and only tell me my package has been shipped :( only giving 3 stars for now as they might be a potential scam website :c

Fantastic soft material like being up a real woman well worth the money will buy again if I wear this one out first time i used it with my sex doll it was like entering a virgin for the first time tight super fun really blasted me off

My wife shopped around forever trying to find the best sex machine for the money......so glad this is what he zoned in on.Shipping was insanely fast! We ordered this on a Saturday and received it Monday. Almost instant gratification! Everything was sealed when we received it, easy to assemble took like 5 minutes. The only tool needed was a Allen wrench that was included. The machine is well made, no sliding away while working.....and super quiet! Packs away neatly into a carrying case. Easily changes position and thrust depth. From both of our perspectives as receiver and operator this was well worth the money! We are already shopping for more attachments. This is a excellent buy for any couple looking to add that extra kink in their life.
