Hi lost my business due to not accepting normal debit cards online and on selecting one of their preferred methods PayPal. I tried twice and Isla confirmed their system was not working with PayPal at present. Sadly a company without the right online capabilities. This is why so many use Amazon

Very disappointing experience with Isla & Fraser. My order arrived on 8 December, and when I contacted customer service to request an exchange (not a refund), I was told that nothing could be done because it was only 4 days outside their 30-day returns period.

This was a gift, and now the baby has grown, so the outfit will no longer fit when we next see friends. I asked for a small amount of flexibility, especially as an exchange would not have caused any financial loss to the company. Despite this, I received the same dismissive response again, signed by the “Head of Customer Happiness”, with no attempt to find a reasonable solution.

As a loyal customer, I felt completely dismissed. For a baby clothing brand that promotes customer care, this level of rigidity and lack of understanding is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Items were lovely on arrival, however with one wash the blanket has gone bobbly and the baby hat has a giant hole. I was extremely careful when washing to wash on a cold temperature and spun on lowest setting. These items have not even been used yet as baby hasn’t arrived yet. Heartbroken, especially with the cost of these items.
