Easy to use and really comfortable didn't notice that it was there

Easy test. Quick results.

They said I had mild sleep apnea and recommended a CPAP machine worth about $750 that they sell yet I don't need it. Then they charge you money just for the sleep apnea test that's $225 so if you're not paying attention they can get you for almost a grand.

Juanita was great. She was very helpful, kind, patient, and answered all of my questions.

First time in the CPAP world and iSleep helped make the experience wonderful. I am now sleeping all night long with an AHI of .2 which is amazing considering my initial sleep test indicated 39 apnea events per hour! Thank you iSleep

Great customer service but because I know that if my sinuses was clear the test would have came back perfect. My nose is so stopped up that it does make it difficult to breathe. So I don't think the product is that accurate.

iSleep goes above and beyond! The showroom is beautiful - one would expect to be purchasing a luxury vehicle when you step inside - not breathing apparatus! The staff is courteous, helpful, and professional. The follow-up is perfect, enough contact and help without stepping over the threshold. They offer many choices and take their time to help you understand the uniqueness of each option. They offer a fit guarantee and work to create success for the patient. I am so glad to be working with the iSleep team, I could not imagine a better fit!

This medical facility is not reliable and therefore will not recommend it to anyone. When my employer refer me to them, they were quick enough to take my money for sleep test equipment/machine with a promise that I should get the sleep machine to conduct the sleep test within 4 business days. On the forth day I called to check on the status of the machine and I was told that the machine has not been mailed out yet. I finally received the machine on the seventh day instead of the forth day. The test was completed and the result was sent to them, for three days now neither my employer nor me has received the results yet. Very poor customer service and not reliable. Nobody should go to them for any type of service.

I am beyond happy with every single part of this process! It has been so easy and painless. The sleep study test was comfortable and easy. The machine I ordered arrived before it was scheduled. The setup appointment was actually fun...we laughed a lot. Such amazing people and customer service. I highly recommend!!! Great experience!!

It was easy to do. And it only took the one night. I had my report from a doctor almost immediately. I recommend it highly.

Your customer service is awesome. I get frequent phone calls asking how the cpap is working, how I feel, if I have any questions and if there is anything I need. Things I needed were shipped and received promptly.

I had signed up for their sleep study through Swift Transportation; so that I could join their driving academy. I submitted payment on Monday afternoon but they didn't ship my sleep study kit until that Thursday. It took USPS until Saturday afternoon (3 days later) to deliver it. And after submitting my results on the next morning, they didn't report my test results to me until the following Thursday (4 days later). The one good thing I can say about their staff is that their CSR's are nice and polite. I'd give THEM 5/5 stars.

It's been a week and a half and I am still waiting on results. I finished my sleep study almost two weeks ago. I emailed the company and they emailed me back and apologized but didn't know when I would get my results. The website says you get results within 48 hours of uploading your data.....still waiting.
