Hard to reach by phone. And email. Some not too sure about the information giving. Transferred call to person that I didn’t need but they tried to help. Don’t trust the results. Partner with trucking company.

Update: ordered the cpac they claimed I needed and finally received. Emailed them Sept 11 for the virtual set up and as of today Sept 23, haven’t heard from them. I think it’s a ripoff.

1. I took this when I had a sinus infection only a couple of days before a divorce hearing. But there is no possibility of a retake, is there? My first available private sleep doc appt is the end of Oct.
2. You promised to tell me what questions I answered that indicated a need for this test. This has not happened.
3. The same company gives the test, scores the test, sells the CPAP ($1200), and pulls your CDL until you buy it. See a possible conflict of interest here? The word used at my OC (including management) is "Scam."
4. After the first night I sent back an email that said my current experience was "unsustainable". I haven't heard from you. However, you sent a nice email to my boss saying you'd white-glove me for 30 days...
5. Seems to me that a sleep condition (using the umbrella term "apnea" which used to have a much more narrow meaning?) needs ongoing treatment beyond a CPAP. Are you there to provide that over the years? IF not, are you working w/ private doctors?

Yes, the DOT made a ruling. Yes, you have a solution for Schneider. No, this is not adequate.

The people at iSleep were incredibly helpful from the time I purchased my new CPAP to the quick delivery and the follow up. They called and checked on me a few days after I started using it and then again a week later. They also looked at my data and let me know everything was working properly. I had no issues getting used to using a CPAP for the first time. I tried a few of the provided masks, found one that fit and slept 8 hours with it the first night. I can’t believe how well I feel after using it just a few weeks. I had no idea I wasn’t sleeping well for all those years. After 3 weeks my blood pressure is way down and I feel like a million bucks all day. I am sure there are a number of ways to buy a CPAP but iSleep made it easy which motivated me to finally do this. I just wish I would have discover them years ago.

Had the wrong name on my order very hard to get through on the phone would not call me back took over 2 weeks or more to get the test and it was still in the wrong name plus multiple times pulling out forms

OK. This was recommended by our Doctor. Filled out ALL of the paperwork and e-signed the documents. It states mailed within 2 days. after 7 days, I phoned sleep test and they said it hadn't been processed yet for whatever reason. They did upon my call expedite our order! Still waiting for the results...its been another 7 days~ NOT SO SURE THEIR TIMELINE IS CORRECT!

Was easy and straightforward. The local lab wanted to charge over 1,000 for a take home test and double for an in lab. for 160 and sleeping with an unobtrusive ring on my finger I’m able to get my Rx for a dental appliance

Price was good and service was quick and professional. Defitnitely recommend

It was very convenient and was easy to sleep without any problems or hassles. It’s was also very comfortable as well.

Iam getting a little more use to the machine ! Feel like I have more energy when I go about my day ! Mask does rub and make me sore under my nose area though ! But it's tolerable !all said and done , I'm satisfied with how it works and makes me feel .

I was very apprehensive with the whole CPAP procedure but Desiree and Vanessa and William walked me through each step and followed up like champs. Desiree guided me through the medical RX and machine selection and it arrived promptly with immediate follow up by Venessa on setup and so I was able to use it constructively the first night. Later when I voiced some concerns William contacted me the next day and walked me through the details and fixes. All and all this has been a simple process handled by pros. I wouldn't go anywhere else for your CPAP needs.
