Amazing experience - staff super helpful & friendly.

Used Isoclean for years for my brushes! Nothing else compares! And now I've discovered the isoskin range, INCREDIBLE!! 😍 the spray they do has cleared up my eczema on my face and neck, honestly wouldn't trust anything else with my skin now!

Absolutely love this SPF. It feels really lightweight on the skin, absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave that heavy, greasy feeling you get with a lot of facial sunscreens. It sits really nicely under makeup too and doesn’t leave a noticeable white cast.

I’ve started using it as the final step in my morning skincare routine and it’s quickly become an everyday essential. The packaging feels premium, it’s easy to apply and a little goes a long way. Definitely one of the nicest SPFs I’ve used.

Been using ISOCLEAN for a while now and I’m obsessed 😭 tried a few bits from the range and they’ve all been so good. Everything’s easy to use, the quality is lovely, and they’ve become such staples in my routine. No faff, just products that do what they’re meant to. Defo rate ISOCLEAN and would recommend giving them a go 😍

Iv suffered with acne all my adult life and since using the hypochlorous spray its improved so much no more redness or inflammation and the customer service is 5 star

ISO Skin SPF50 is THE BEST product I have ever used. As a pale with freckles skin type person I have tried so many brands in the past, so happy to have found this product - ultra easy to apply, dries almost immediately & absolutely no stickiness or residue - cannot recommend this product enough - and can confidently say I don’t think there is a better product on the market ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I applied for one of the Isoclean jobs on Indeed and had an interview online. I was then advised I reached the next stage in the online call and would hear back from them with the next steps later that day or the next day. It was mentioned they wasn't sure at the time how they wanted to do the next stage and wanted to discuss with the social team first. I never heard back it has been weeks / nearly a month. I dont mind if there's a delay but it would have been nice to of had an update by email or message on Indeed. I felt quite down about this as I put time and effort into the application process and online. I didn't expect to have no updates by now due to what was said in the call.

(Just to note my review is based on my experience of applying for a job with Isoclean on Indeed.)

Parcel wasn’t delivered. Have tried raising the issue with the company and have not received anything back. The number on the website doesn’t work. Raised the issue with the delivery company who has passed it onto iso clean. It’s been a week and got two emails the same. I just want the products I ordered or a refund it should not be this hard to get the issue resolved.

InPost local locker was empty when I went to collect the order on 09/08/2026. Many phone calls and emails ensued. I had to threaten a charge back before a replacement was agreed. Still not arrived to date, tracking has stated expecting the parcel for 36 hours

Had disposable face cloths on subscription, wanted to alter it, company impossible to contact, phone number goes to a mobile voicemail, decided to cancel subscription, this also proved impossible, did not reply to emails, so removed payment details. Still getting emails saying payment declined!! Terrible customer service

I saw this brush cleaner being promoted on facebook and loved the idea of your makeup brushes being clean and dry so quickly….. it’s the waiting for my brushes to dry that puts me off cleaning them as regularly as I should!
Anyway the Isoclean brush cleaner arrived super promptly, about 2 days from placing my order. I thought I’d ordered the option with the white towel but none arrived so maybe I didn’t. I got two bottles, one for me and one for my daughter.
I was very excited and used it straight away…. Yes it definitely cleans and drys the brushes super quickly and does do a very thorough job. However, I’ll be advising my daughter to wash her brushes the old fashioned way … hot water and soap … to get the worst of the makeup off and then use the Isoclean after each makeup application rather than waiting until they’re filthy because I had to use almost half the 275ml bottle to clean 5 foundation / blusher brushes and three eye shadow ones. That did seem a little excessive but if I now use it more regularly I sure I won’t have to use so much… they were particularly bad!
I cleaned the makeup brushes about 20 minutes ago and they are all back in their pot dry and ready to be used again so the product definitely does what it says.
A few people commented on the toxic smell of the liquid but to be honest it’s not that bad … less pungent than white spirits and my brushes do have a little whiff of alcohol now but they’re clean!
Yes I’d recommend this brush cleaner.

Our academy have worked with ISO Clean for many years, we had a great experience with Shannon the previous education manager with our ordering for our team and graduates, she was responsive and really supported our academy. We have throughout the last year been trying to get assistance with orders for our team and classes, however emails are not responded to for months, and when they do respond the customer service is terrible. Our team have also tried reaching out via instagram and the messages are read and ignored. Your products are good - however when consumers are trying to reach out, especially for bulk orders a little customer service goes a long way!
