I brought the Carbon cleaning soap
I brought the Carbon cleaning soap, it’s amazing!! The scrubbing mat is brilliant, especially on foundation brushes. The fragrance is pleasant at first however it contains bergamot and I’m allergic to orange. It doesn’t mention any fragrance when you purchase it, so I’ll see if I get a reaction when I use the brushes.

I would give more stars but the fact that delivery was the worst experiance I have ever had has made me not want to buy directly from the site again. Evri is the worst I don't understand why companies want to use them. Please consider using another service as its ruining your reputation

Amazing producs
Amazing producs, my brushes never smelled so amazing. The dirt comes off very easy and the most important thing is brushes getting dried very quick, which makes the product ideal to use between clients. Also customer service is fantastic. I had some issues with products arriving damaged and they sorted out the issus straight away for me.

This was amazing and it arrived really quickly. It cleans really well and dries almost instantly. I used this along with my daughter and it was so good. Love this product.

ISO clean brush cleaning - Damaged Package…
Ordered ISO clean brush cleaning presentation pack for my granddaughter - the first package I received was damaged and some of the cleaning fluid had leaked, this I assume happened because the presentation box was packed in a box 3 times its size with no internal packing.
After several calls to Customer Service I spoke to a very helpful lady who organised a replacement which arrived on time properly packed.
My granddaughter was very pleased with her present

My order was never fulfilled
My order was never fulfilled. I placed an order on 29th of November. Still have not received it. It's Boxing day. Customer support replies with huge delay, 7-10 days. Don't even bother with international delivery, it will never be fulfilled.
Edit to add: yes, in the end I did receive a replacement order, on the 2nd of January. It was the bare minimum to replace my missing order, from 29th of November. The quality of service is still unacceptable.
