Everything worked as agreed. Rented Villa was as presented on the website and in great condition. Provided personal and helpful assistant from IsulaTravel felt comfortable. We did not have any problems during our stay in Sicilia, but we felt like our assistant would have been there to help solving issues, if occured. We got all useful information regarding our stay, in time and without asking. IsulaTravel is very much recommended by us.
Our hosts at the Villa Matimpa were very kind, friendly and helpful. Although they live on the same plot, you can spend your time in total privacy at the Villa and pool house. Villa Matimpa is very much recommended by us.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment during the month of April, and the experience was excellent. The place is spotless, comfortable, and offers an outstanding view of the sea. Saro, the property manager, welcomed us warmly with prosecco, traditional local sweets, and fresh fruit from his own garden. The location and overall quality of the accommodation make it a highly recommended choice for anyone visiting Sicily. Returning to the apartment at the end of each day was always a very pleasant experience.

Nos alojamos en este hermoso departamento durante el mes de abril y la experiencia fue excelente. El lugar es impecable, cómodo y cuenta con una vista al mar inmejorable. Saro, el encargado de la propiedad, nos brindó una cálida bienvenida con prosecco, dulces típicos de la región y frutas frescas de su propio jardín. La ubicación y la calidad del alojamiento hacen de este lugar una opción altamente recomendable para disfrutar de Sicilia. Sin duda, regresar al departamento al final del día fue siempre un momento muy agradable.

Wir haben den Monat April in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung verbracht und unsere Erfahrung war ausgezeichnet. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, komfortabel und bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Saro, der Verwalter der Unterkunft, hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns mit Prosecco, regionalen Süßigkeiten sowie frischen Früchten aus seinem eigenen Garten begrüßt. Die Lage und die Qualität der Unterkunft machen diesen Ort zu einer sehr empfehlenswerten Wahl für einen Aufenthalt in Sizilien. Am Ende jedes Tages war es immer eine große Freude, in die Wohnung zurückzukehren.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Le Palme. The place is ideal for a family to relax and combine beach/pool with a visit of Southern Sicily. The team of Isula Travel took excellent care, from a very thoughtful 'welcome package' to practical advise regarding sights, groceries etc. Many thanks again!

Three weeks at Sea Home. It was a wonderful break from work. The accommodation is clean and modern by Italian standards. We were there in March, but were still able to enjoy the garden and outdoor area. The garden and pool are very well maintained. Someone even came by once a week to take care of the pool. The weekly house cleaning also went smoothly.
The house offers everything you need. We were there with our cat, and everything went perfectly.
From the very first contact with IsulaTravel, communication in English went smoothly and without delays. The agency’s team works very professionally and provided us with all the necessary information for our arrival and stay at all times.
The generous welcome basket from Enzo and Ersilia created a warm vacation atmosphere.

The view and the service were amazing. In our opinion — the way up with the car was a bit to long (12-15 min.) with kids, to get the chance for a visit of Modica or Sicily. Also lovely would be, to have a table outside beside the pool and in this beautiful garden.

Wir hatten anfangs keinerlei Probleme – die Villa war wirklich ein Traum!
Leider änderte sich das nach unserer Abreise: Eine Woche später wurden wir beschuldigt, etwas in der Villa beschädigt zu haben, was absolut nicht stimmte. Trotzdem mussten wir den angeblichen Schaden bezahlen, da wir keine Fotos vom Zustand bei der Abreise gemacht hatten.
Deshalb unser Tipp an alle zukünftigen Gäste: Dokumentiert bei der Ankunft und bei der Abreise alles genau – wir haben leider den Eindruck, dass hier mit solchen Vorwürfen Geld gemacht wird.

Really ecxcellent Service in the House

Wir haben vom 23.10. bis 31.10. acht unvergessliche Nächte in der Villa Licia in Ispica (Sizilien) verbracht – und es war wirklich der schönste Urlaub, den wir als Familie seit Jahren hatten!
Der Kontakt über Isula Travel verlief absolut reibungslos: alles per E-Mail, schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Eine Stunde vor unserer Ankunft schickten wir eine SMS an die Kontaktperson, die uns dann persönlich und mit großer Herzlichkeit in der Villa empfangen hat. Alles wurde uns genau erklärt, sodass wir uns sofort wohlfühlten.

Die Ausstattung der Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen – modern, sauber und perfekt durchdacht. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Salzwasserpool (leicht gechlort), in dem das Schwimmen unglaublich angenehm war. Wir nutzten ihn jeden Tag! Das Wetter war traumhaft – bis zu 28 Grad Ende Oktober – einfach ideal.

Die Betten sind wunderbar – schön fest, nicht durchgelegen und sehr komfortabel. Man schläft herrlich und wacht erholt auf. Der Ausblick vom Elternschlafzimmer auf den gepflegten Garten ist pure Erholung.
Auch die Badezimmer sind hervorragend ausgestattet: Es ist an alles gedacht – von Zahnpasta, Zahnbürsten, Duschgel bis Shampoo. Alles wirkt sehr gepflegt und hochwertig.

Abends, wenn die Anlage beleuchtet ist und die Grillen zirpen, herrscht eine wunderschöne, friedliche Atmosphäre. Nur wenige Schritte (ca. 50 Meter) entfernt liegt der Strand – zu unserer Reisezeit menschenleer, das Meer angenehm warm und der Ausblick einfach atemberaubend. Diese Ruhe und Nähe zur Natur haben wir sehr genossen.

Der persönliche Abschied am Ende unseres Aufenthalts war herzlich und rundete diesen perfekten Urlaub wunderschön ab.
Wir können die Villa Licia uneingeschränkt empfehlen und wissen jetzt schon: Wir kommen wieder!

We had a wonderful stay at Breathtaking View Villa. The villa was immaculate and very well equipped with everything we needed. The view and location is perfect; we enjoyed exploring the local area (Ragusa, Scicli, Siracusa, Sampieri, etc) as well as relaxing on the veranda and enjoying the sound of the sea. The hosts were really helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

The communication with IsulaTravel was okay. The payment process was a bit annoying and long. Thats a lot easier, if you use booking platforms.

We had a wonderful stay overall — the house is beautiful, the location is fantastic, and communication with the host was always quick and friendly. We especially liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom, which made our stay very comfortable.

However, a few things could be improved to make the experience even better: the floor cleanliness wasn’t ideal, the fridge is quite small for a house with four bedrooms, and there’s no covered outdoor seating area. During our stay, nearby construction caused some noise, and the outdoor furniture was partly broken or dirty. Trash bins were a bit too few, and the cats sometimes came inside, which caused minor issues.

Smaller problems, like replacing the vacuum cleaner, were resolved quickly and in a friendly way. Overall, it’s a great place with lots of potential — with a bit more attention to maintenance and cleanliness, it could be perfect.

Easy to check-in and ckeck out

Die Ansprechpartner war jederzeit gut erreichbar. Freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Gastgeber unserer Villa „Villa Licia“ war ebenfalls immer sehr gut zu erreichen und war hilfsbereit. Allerdings hatten wir Notwendigkeit in zu auf zu bemühen. Villa Licia ist perfekt am Strand gelegen, sehr gut und liebevoll ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Gute Lage, sehr nah am Meer und viele UNESCO Städte wie Modica, Ragusa, Sirakusa. Von Possallo kann man mit Ferry nach Malta - noch eine Idee und noch ein weiteres Ziel zu erkunden. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, dass man sich wie zuhause fühlt. Nichts fehlt. Eigene kleine gezäunte Garten, sehr gut geeignet für die Hundebesitzer. Das große Pool vor das Haus ist ein Plus.
