We spent a wonderful week at this beautiful villa with a pool in Cefalù, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. I stayed there with my family (my brother, my mother, and my son) and we all felt completely at home from the moment we arrived.

The villa itself is spacious, perfectly clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool was fantastic and provided hours of fun and relaxation for everyone. We especially loved the outdoor spaces and the stunning views of the surrounding area.

The location is perfect - peaceful and private for when you just want to unwind.

The owner Silvio is truly a very kind, warm person, very helpful in all ways and the communication with him is extremely fast.

I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a special place to stay in Sicily. We created wonderful memories here and can’t wait to come back. Thank you for such a fantastic stay!

The villa is gorgeous-between the decor and fantastic location, coupled with professional staff, my family, friends and I had an incredible time we will always remember.

The team at Sicily Luxury Villas, including Ottavia and Giulia, were hugely helping in enabling us to select a wonderful home for a week-long stay that matched our family’s needs. They advised us on location and specific characteristics of the place we chose. They ensured that it was immaculately clean and responded to anything we needed throughout our stay. Their personalized concierge service for customers enabled us to plan a wide range of delightful activities, including a superb chef for an in-home Sicilian cooking lesson, an expert guide for historic sites and local markets, and easy access to a Mt. Etna tour. They also advised us and helped make reservations at excellent local restaurants and facilitated our car rental, meeting us at the airport with the keys and facilitating fast drop off when we returned the vehicle at a different airport. All in all, the Sicily Luxury Villas team was A+, and we definitely recommend working with them if you are looking for outstanding service from a sophisticated and experienced local company.

Kiwi Villa was a wonderful place to spend a quiet week after our son’s wedding in Sicily. The living areas were spacious and well equipped. The swimming pool complex was perfect. In fact, we felt at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended and Viagrande offers local hospitality.

Just seen your reply and this is factually incorrect. The videos were taken at 2.30am in the morning and sent to you at 10.30am the following morning. We have them and can send them to anyone if they want to hear them. The venues whether they are bars, restaurants or nightclubs are open till 2.30 - 3am every morning and are literally yards from the villa. We have two teenagers aged 19 and 17 so noise for us till midnight is not an issue but it definitely is at 3am in the morning.

Villa Del Carmine in Taormina is undeniably beautiful—spacious, charming, and a real pleasure to stay in. The villa itself is tastefully decorated, and the atmosphere feels both elegant and welcoming. The staff who greeted and checked us in were brilliant—professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.

The location is very convenient, with bars and restaurants just a short walk away. We were aware that this might bring some evening noise, but since most places close by midnight, we didn’t expect it to be an issue.

However, what we hadn’t anticipated was the presence of nightclubs located literally on either side of the villa—practically neighboring properties. These clubs played extremely loud music until 3–4am, followed by the clatter of bottles being emptied around 5am. Unfortunately, this made getting a restful night’s sleep very difficult and significantly impacted our overall experience.

In summary: the villa and staff are fantastic, and the location has many positives—but unless you're planning to join the party or sleep through anything, be prepared for considerable nighttime noise.

Our stay was beyond fantastic. The staff was so kind and helpful with everything from activities to reservations and beyond. The views and location could not have been better being within walking distance of both the beach AND town. We could not have asked for more, and cannot wait to come back!

A beautiful villa. We were a family of 6 adults and one toddler. We loved the location away from busy beach area but walkable too. The pool was gorgeous, good size with nice shady areas. The 2 main bedrooms were spacious and elegant.
Roberta, our Concierge was instantly available by WhatsApp to help us with any queries which was very helpful due to language barrier!

I loved the villa, the old tradition but with modern comfort. Beautiful lemon trees in the garden, fully equipped kitchen and wonderful authentic sitting room / lounge.

What a fabulous villa! We had the most memorable experience. The location is perfect. The view was so stunning, we did not want to go out anywhere. Villa is so luxurious, comfortable beds, very spacious. Ko Phyo (our butler) was so friendly and very helpful. Always greeted us with a smile on his face. Prepared delicious breakfasts right outside. He made sure we had everything we needed.
Ottavia, our concierge from Sicily Luxury Villas was also extremely helpful. She organized all the activities and in villa dining. She was always available to chat if we had any questions.
Overall , 10 out of 10 experience. We will surely be back!

Villa Il Borgo is truly an oasis. From the moment we drove through the gates and down the tree lined drive, it felt as though we had stepped back in time. Everything is so carefully maintained, in a way that feels as though it has been passed from generation to generation. The gardens are exquisite; full of flowers and greenery and fruit trees. The bedrooms are very comfortable and inviting, and full of old world charm, without overlooking modern luxuries, like waterfall shower heads and a superb mattress. The main rooms have a lovely flow from one to the next, and the individual sitting rooms, provide a sense of intimacy.
The villa is easily accessible from the main road, but far enough away, so that it was perfectly quiet.
The dining spaces are magical, and thoughtfully designed. There are floor standing candelabras, and for the tables, beautiful linens, candles and wild flowers.
The staff of Villa Il Borgo are a highlight. They are always so warm and gracious and ready to help with anything.
I have already booked my next stay, and hope to come back again and again.

We had a lovely week at Coraline. This was a beautiful and spacious home with wonderful amenities. Coraline is on a quiet, peaceful street. We traveled with 2 children and 2 grandparents and the home easily and comfortably accommodated us all. There is plenty of seating, both indoor and outdoor. We enjoyed our morning coffee sitting on the beach and spent our evenings using the outdoor kitchen, cooking, relaxing and watching the beautiful sunsets. The kids played for hours in the tide pools of the ocean just outside our back door. One day we walked down to "Costa Turchina" beach, a small quiet beach at the end of our street. Each bedroom was comfortable and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. The owner and our concierge were both very helpful with our questions and had plenty of recommendations. Finale is a very short 5 minute drive (with plenty of parking) to pick up groceries, gelato, or dinner at a restaurant. Cefalu is 20 minutes away and was a charming town with even more options for restaurants along with churchs and history to explore. Coraline was a great home base for us to come home to each night after we explored various areas of Sicily. While staying at Coraline, we highly recommend day trips to Castlebuono and Cefalu. This was an amazing introduction to Sicily and we hope to return and stay at Coraline again!

We spent one week at villa ulivi and really enjoyed our stay. The house is very tastefully decorated and has a lovely terrace overlooking a secluded garden with olive and palm trees and a nice infinity pool. A real oasis. And also a good starting point for exploring the region. We spent most of our time after excursions in the great lounge area and at the rustic table outside. Roberta, our contact / concierge at SLV, was so supportive and was of great help before and during our stay. Thank you so much, Roberta!

This Villa was an absolute dream! We walked among the lemon and orange trees every night, our kids explored the vineyard and cherry trees. You could see Mt. Etna and the sea all from the same spot on the beautiful outdoor veranda. The inside was spacious and clean. The kitchen was fantastic! And Ottavia could not have been more helpful and delightful to work with! Maria, the house organizer, was a doll! We hope to be back one day, but if not, Villa Elle will forever be in my family’s hearts and dreams!

Waterfront views are our preference, and we had perfect sunrises and sunsets. The home was well maintained and the staff was amazing. Everyone involved made our stay unique and special. We already plan to book again!

A beautifully designed ultra-modern house (and pool) in lovely countryside, five minutes from Noto, a Baroque jewel a town. The support given by Sicily Luxury Villas was exemplary.

Sicily Luxury villas are a pleasure to deal with. Very communicative and prompt with information around the villa, its area and facilities, travel advice, payment process and most importantly their amazing employee Ottavia Pulvirenti who was our assigned concierge. She organised everything we needed with amazing speed and minimal fuss, including a private chef for some nights and most amazingly... a translation with a doctor when one of our children needed some help.
