Poor support no response . Cant subscribe I have 3 credit cards use them everywhere work fine but un able to use them here with no reason for that .

Once you get to know this device you will realise it’s quite amazing - I never leave my car without it , it’s a nice reassuring feeling being able to see its location especially when visiting a city or holiday etc. I love it !!!

They were really helpful when I needed to change my tracking devices to newer FS100 device. The put remining subscription time to new devices

Slick response by agent on the phone. Understood my request to renew my annual subscription which he processed promptly without trying to sell me add-ons etc I don't need.

Really good tracking, easy to install but my only gripe is that when i couldn't pay for yearly subscription on the app, i had to use the website and it cost me an extra £10, which is disappointing and unfair.

The tracker we have was initially thought to rely solely on 3G, which is being phased out — so we believed it was effectively obsolete. However, I’ve since spoken to them directly and it turns out the tracker actually operates on 2G, which isn’t scheduled to be switched off until 2030. So it’s not dead in the water after all — it seems O2’s communications have just been a bit misleading.

It was very easy to add another year's subscription. The transaction process was very smooth and quick.

Even recently, when I found myself in a difficult situation, the iTrack team went above and beyond to support me in a way that was both understanding and generous. It's rare to find companies that genuinely put their customers first, but iTrack is one of them.

The representative I dealt with was excellent he sorted out my subscription very quickly and was very helpful would recommend there service.

Great company to deal with

Ultra easy to install, and so far iTrack is doing everything it says on the tin - looking forward to testing it out in various ways! They were also fast to respond to my enquiry with a useful, straightforward response - and recommended a product that was right for me, which also happened to be the cheapest option. Big thumbs up.

One phone call and my tracker is working perfectly. Thank you.
