Ultra easy to install, and so far iTrack is doing everything it says on the tin - looking forward to testing it out in various ways! Superb trackers and great customer service including lots of technical help over the phone. Would definitely recommend.

This itrack system has been very helpful to me in running my business. I am able to know where my vans are at every minute in the day, which helps greatly when communicating with our clients.

I bought the Itrack Caravan Angel over a year ago and found this product to be great and accurate. When I did have a problem ( of my own making) the company responded virtually immediately and assisted me to rectify it. Since then I have found service, advice and help to be absolutely first class and have no hesitation to recommend this Company to others - you will not be disappointed! Just renewed for another 12 months today.

Hard to set up and the instructions are printed so small you need a magnifying glass to read

I have added my tracker for over 3 years and it still works has well as when I first set it up

Awful. App keeps crashing. Just get white screen. Support told me ‘well my app is working fine’. Website security certificate saying unsafe. So I can’t track my van. Terrible.

Excellent product. So much detail given as well as great accuracy. Super strong magnet. Very robust rubber casing. Highly recommended

Bought a caravan angel GPS tracker from this company as their website states the 'long life' battery lasts up to 3 years. Set up was quite easy, had to ring the helpline who were very helpful, and got it up and running.
The user interface isn't that self explanatory as it's designed for car fleet operators but once you get used to it it's ok .
The issue with this product is the battery died after 17 months and the caravan has only been towed a handful of times. This is key as, when stationary, the GPS unit only emits a signal once every 24 hours so should have lasted the claimed 3 years. Had I been out regularly in the caravan it wouldn't have lasted 12 months!
So, with the fairly expensive purchase price and £30 for a new battery this becomes an expensive choice and one that doesn't live up to it's claims of having a long life battery.
When changing the battery there is a risk of damaging the unit so other GPS systems quickly become much more attractive.

I had tried a number of tracking devices from other suppliers but, had disappointing results. Then tried iTrack Ltd mini tracker... perfect & extremely accurate at a great price. Device came with easy to follow instructions & great on-line support but, i doubt you will need it.

Really kind helpful guy when I rang as I had apparently ordered the wrong subs.

Don't appear to have had the £30 refund yet but was bril to be able to pay for the new correct version - it now works! We have a very ill disabled son so are grateful for your help.

Great product easy to use although sometimes it’s a little slow tracking on google maps but this may be due to signal strength and not the product itself

GPS tracking works most of the time, we have one local area where tracking can be lost, I suppose it depends on the SIM card coverage for the area

A small issue after paying for subscription was resolved quickly

Overall you get what you pay for, this is more of a consumer product rather than a professional tracker that costs hundreds of pounds

If you just want something non critical in a small family car then it's fine

I recommend adding sms tracking option
