I won a give-away with Normal Co and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The customer service team and Lucy were beyond lovely and provided a fast turn around with the prize at Christmas time! Superstars. Products were just a bonus to a great experience. Love the vibes, literally.

Customer service and marketing has been excellent, there’s no complaint about that. I also won this device as a giveaway but had to pay for the pricey custom fees. This 1 star review is simply for the faulty product, the Quinn, which stopped working 6 months in. Struggled to keep it turned off when I needed it to (embarrassing night where I buried it under towels to let the battery run out) and then after that it didn’t turn back on again despite following charging instructions. I didn’t reach out in time for my warranty replacement - again, I won this in a giveaway so unsure what I was entitled to. The short life span is really disappointing for such an expensive product and the low rating is to hold the company accountable for its products.

I first became aware of Normal about 12mths ago when I was up late watching TV and an ad for Quinn came up. I got curious and after checking out the website I soon had my own Quinn. Since our first purchase over 12mths ago we've added Piper, and last month Billie arrived.
We are super happy with the products, as well as the awesome sales and the quick yet discreet deliveries.

I got a Charlie, and it worked great... Until it started breaking. I noticed the silicone around the head start to tear, and then eventually the head ripped entirely, breaking the wiring underneath, and now it's broken. I don't seem to be the only person with this issue.

I bought a Frankie and a Billie. Both beautifully designed toys that are really soft and easy to use. Very quick delivery and the reusable bags are super cute.
