From start to finish a great experience. There is so much useful and helpful information on the site. Delivery is prompt and packaging discrete.

But mainly I shop for the products. Oh my life! The toys are so amazing! They hit all the right spots and are just overall wonderful. I initially had some doubts as the toys are compact and I am a fat individual so was worried I may not be able to reach properly. I need not have worried as the physics do work! I suspect it may be something to do with the shape and design of the toys. I now have 4 and plan on expanding my stash.

I'm pretty disappointed and would not reccomend anyone purchases them. Would say their products are far from 'normal'!

A year back I had the Darcy and got a refund because the silicone around the charger point broke - thought it was just a one off thing as the response was that they have changed how they make the charger point area.

I decided to try them again a year later and ordered the 'Billie' vibrator. It stopped working after only having it for 2 weeks. I received a replacement one this week (same one, Billie) and it stopped working again. Put it on charge overnight to see if it was just out of battery. It won't turn on, the light flashes but nothing happens - same thing that happened to the first.

Will not be purchasing again as they are just too unreliable and I have little faith or time to spend on going through and trying a different one.

I bought a toy a couple of months ago. It’s not right for me and I’ve tried contacting them for a refund under the 100 day stand (when I purchased the toy the 100 day stand offer meant a full refund not just an exchange as it says now on their website) but there’s been no reply. I’ve emailed twice and contacted on Instagram. It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve initiated contact and nothing

i genuinely love the aesthetics and incentives of this company but i ordered a frankie and a couple more items around 6 days ago and the normal team said it will be around a week for me to get notices about shipping, ive tried emailing the team twice but i still havent gotten back any reply.
I dont have any updates and i cant contact the team pls help.......... i just wanna talk 😭

update: i got notice that shipping IS on its way but still the way the customer service team ghosted me was kinda nerve wrecking

I love the educational aspect of your company and engaging members of the public to embrace sexual health and make it become less of a stigma. Always had such a positive experience learning new things and experimenting with products which have helped me tremendously.

Love the products, and I love the whole concept of this company.

Came quickly and discreetly. My boyfriend and I love it for partner use and for individual use. Cleaning spray and lube are also both great and work very well ;)
