I had an issue with my toy so I emailed the team. They were so quick to respond and made the return process really simple and easy. I was able to get a replacement toy sent directly to me in a matter of 2 days. They even provided a satchel to send the old one back to dispose of in the correct way. Amazing 10/10 customer service
