I’ve purchased two products so far from itsnormal. One product wasn’t right for me so I emailed them for a refund and I got a reply the next day. I’ve had the best customer service experience with a full refund actioned within days and a prepaid envelope sent off to me for the return of the item. I’ve recommended them to friends and will be looking on the site in the future for more products.

Really happy with how incredibly quick everything arrived. Got it in about three days time! Super long battery time etc too - and way softer than I thought it’d be.
It was also a small bit on the smaller side than I expected but it doesn’t matter at all.
I took the quiz before ordering as well, and it was super useful for someone who had no idea what any of it did.

I saw an ad for Normal products on instagram, and I was drawn to their range of toys being playful, but also not like all the other sex toys I have seen in terms of branding.
In dealing with Normal, the experience for shopping for a sex toy has changed from a feeling of "this is naughty/dank/I feel dirty" and to "this is healthy".
I really appreciated the shopping guide to direct you to what would be a suitable product, as I was buying this for use with my wife, and it was both our first sex toy.
We got the Billie, and wow, we think it's a great addition to our play, easy to clean and charge. Even the post packaging was discreet, as well as the included bag you get with the unit for travel etc.
What I super appreciated was Normal's vision in broader sex education, and not just around their products, and giving access to some super helpful information in the form of an online course has been good, especially for my wife, with the course being accessible, disarming and very informative.

Well made product, delivered discreetly. Can't fault a single thing - but love the 100 day refund option as a point of assurance.

Quality items! Softest silicone. I recommend grabbing the sanitiser spray and the lubricant.
I got Frankie and Billie, and they are both great (use together! 🧡💙) Excited to try them with partner too.

i adore normal mainly for its complete gender neutrality, i find the price worth it for the quality and especially for the lack of gendering as it makes my shopping experience so much more comfortable. i have the frankie, i absolutely adore the silky softness of the silicone, the different speeds are perfect and i barely ever go above the lowest setting.

I love normal!! I love that they are so sexy positive and don’t beat around the bush when it comes to sex education. I currently own two toys. And am excited to get more!!

This was my first time buying a toy and the process was great. I really loved the selector tool - because I had literally NO IDEA what to get.
The delivery process was really good too - within a couple of days, it arrived at my door, ready to go.

Some small critiques to mention; as someone with A chronic illness and high risk of UTIs, the design of the head really makes me nervous. As the little hole does not allow for proper cleaning. I can’t reach those areas behind the hole, and therefore it’s likely for bacteria to grow. And I won’t be able to see it.
The suction part of the design is also, in my opinion, a bit small. And since the suction part of it is a 2-3 millimetre across hole, it doesn’t reach its full “sucking” potential. And mostly feels like a light vibration. Not nearly as strong as my other toy of similar type.

The vibration option is not right. I can only feel it strongest in my hand, and not on the actual part it should be on (the clit). It’s strong for sure! But in the wrong place. My hand went numb after a few minutes because that’s where the vibe is; in my hand, and not at the head.

With the packaging, it was very loose. And was not “sealed” in any way. Which made me fear about who was touching it before hand. It didn’t feel safe. The one thing about opening a new toy is it should feel sterile and clean. Since the packaging had no level of guaranteed seal, it didn’t feel sterile.

Some pros: the colour and size is really cute! And I like the idea of having a vibration and sucking toy in one! But the design of the head and vibration need improving.
The charger type is very clever and useful, and I love the packaging design it came in. The bag was also a great idea and was appreciated.
The teams customer service is very good. And they replied to my email quickly when I asked for a refund. The refund has been received and they made the entire process very easy. The 3 stars is because of the good points listed above.
I’m very grateful for this experience. I may return in the future to try again.

For me, normal was a ‘safe space’ to learn and explore. It is truly an amazing resource to have access too, and has really opened up a whole new way for me to gain more confidence in myself and my sexuality.

Perfect first toy for a first timer. Best customer service by far. When emailing about getting a replacement before my one year warranty ran out, my request was easily processed and my replacement arrived within basically two days. 10/10

(Billie) My fiance bought my first one and it broke in less than a week. The vibrator stopped working and no matter how many charges, it never worked. Now I'm on my second one and it lost vibration power multiple times when using and it now just broke and wont turn on on a full charge. I've used it only 4 times. Just dont get billies' they will break quickly
