Fabulous location, especially for foodies and art lovers
We had a wonderful experience with our rental. We have stayed in many neighborhoods in London but the proximity of this flat to Borough Market, the Tate Modern, and the Globe made this one of our favorites. Very comfortable flat with the advantage of being on a quiet street. We plan to be back!

All the team at IVY Property were great and made the process very easy. They arranged the Home Report and all the advertising and viewing. They kept us up to speed with developments regularly. Really super customer service, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Would recommend.

Great experience all around
I had a great experience with Ivy lettings, with a simple booking process and responsive follow-up to questions! The rental was ideal for our family. The location was unbeatable with a short walk to the Tube and tons of restaurants nearby (favorites were Cacciari's and Tapas Brindisa). The photos were very accurate and we appreciated how well-provisioned it was with basic supplies. This was also the cleanest vacation rental we've ever had! Reviews had mentioned some train noise from just behind the flat but it didn't bother us. It was so nice to feel like we were actually coming home after long days out in London.

Lovely flat in the heart of Kensington
This flat is wonderful. It has plenty of living space, comfortable bedding, and a well-sized bathroom and kitchen (both with heated floors). The location is perfect to explore the Kensington/Notting Hill areas. It is only a few minutes to walk to Kensington Gardens and the Palace, the tube at Kensington High Street (District and Circle lines) or Notting Hill (Central line). There are dozens of restaurants, pubs, and cafes within easy walking distance. Although the apartment building is located on a relatively busy street, the apartment is very quiet given its location in the rear of the building. You can see part of Kensington Palace from the living room! There are about 35 steps, broken up by three landings, to get to the apartment on the 2nd floor (3rd floor U.S.). Ivy Lettings customer service was excellent.

Wonderful stay at an Ivy property
The team at Ivy is responsive and helpful. They were more than willing to help make our stay wonderful. The house was in really good shape, had all the stuff one needs for a comfortable stay - several coffee makers, toaster, dishwasher and huge refrigerator and pantry.

Christmas in London
While planning my Christmas visit to London, I originally picked this unit because it is close to where my daughter lives. But, it turned out to be so much more. Very cute, very well appointed (plenty of towels, blankets, pans, utensils, chairs) and a great location (so close to Harrod's and yet in a quintessential London neighborhood.) Cozy but in a good way - I was able to host our gift exchange with appetizers for five without any problems. Two notes of caution - first, I might have missed that "garden" level means below street level. It was a bit disconcerting until I actually got inside the apartment as the big window provided plenty of light and it did not feel "underground" at all. Secondly, the ladder to the loft/bed area is quite steep - it wasn't a problem as my son was able to scamper it quite well and I slept on the first floor bed (which was very comfortable I might add). The host/management was exceptionally responsive and, in particular, very helpful in coordinating with my daughter to go back into the unit after we departed upon the discovery that my son left a purchase behind. Overall, a great place which I will happily rent again.

Great Experience
We wanted a flat in London area for an extended stay over Christmas. It was nice to have an agency involved in the letting so we could trust that the property would be available and as-described. Ivy Lettings even sent us a video of the property when I had specific questions prior to reserving. Their communication was very responsive. The flat was perfect for our needs, very clean and comfortable, and in a great location. I would definitely use Ivy again on our next trip.

A really spacious apartment in a great…
A really spacious apartment in a great area of London. Travelling with 2 kids it is great for them to have their own room and their own beds. It is not a light apartment, but you don’t really go to London in winter for lots of natural light. The location is great, especially for kids. Right a cross from the Natural History Museum and the Science Museum and walking distance to Hyde Park. Picadilly line from Gloucester Rd or South Kensington super convenient for everything else. Kitchen could be better stocked is our only criticism. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Our stay in Pimlico

Safe building excellent location beautifully decorated
The building entrance made me feel very safe. Everything was clean even air freshener in elevator, and not the cheap kind. The unit was top of the line. Bed was very comfortable and nice lines. Heated floor and towel rack in very large bathroom, with a lot of shelf space. Stand along heater/ fan was very nice. Unit was quiet never heard a thing from outside or from other units. Had good accessories for the kitchen and bath which greatly appreciated. Nice glasses and coffee cups. The ivy company was great to work with always available and picking up keys was no hassle. The location of the unit couldn’t be better, restaurants and shopping within steps and all the major attractions very close. I’m so happy I went Ivy and this apartment. After using VRBO one time and showing up from out of the country only to find there was no apartment and they wouldn’t do anything and taking months to get my money back I’ll never use them again.

"Move" to London. Become a local, and find your locals: coffee shop, bakery, grocery store, and pub!
The Ivy Lettings site clearly explains each London neighborhood where they have available properties, making it easy to find the right property and location for your stay. Once you've booked your property, communication immediately begins and any questions you have are answered. The Ivy staff is pleasant and helpful. My experience after four stays in three different apartments with Ivy has has been wonderful; and I look forward to many more.

5 Star Stay at Child's Street
I cannot say enough nice things about Ivy. They were tremendous in helping me work through some very complicated reservations! The focus on customer service was top notch and far exceeded my expectations! In addition, the apartment was exceptional in all aspects. We will absolutely use Ivy again when we travel to London.
We loved our stay at Child's Street. The location was phenomenal, with Earl's Court Tube station a VERY short walk from the apartment. Lots of restaurants and a Sainsbury Local just around the corner. There is a Tesco two bus stops away. The apartment had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. Loved all of the light and the small courtyard. It was a very tranquil place, which was a nice retreat after being out and about in busy London all day.
