Très déçu
Très déçu ! J'ai suivi le montage à la lettre, et malgré mes précautions, le tableau est monté de travers. Le guide pour poser les accroches est trop court et trop fragile, résultat mon tableau ne tombe pas bien, je vais devoir tout refaire, mais je n'ai plus assez d'adhésifs !
Les instructions auraient dû préciser qu'il ne fallait pas faire le montage seul pour cette taille de 100x140. Le guide téléchargé est en anglais, et il manque de précisions pour une pose correcte.
Sans ça, les images sont belles et de qualité, mais je suis dépité d'avoir abîmé mon mur et de devoir tout refaire.

Merci pour votre avis. Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que votre IXXI est monté de travers et que vous avez rencontré des difficultés lors de la pose.
Nous comprenons votre frustration, surtout après avoir suivi les instructions.
Lorsque vous reposerez l'IXXI, vous pourrez réutiliser l'outil de suspension ainsi que les clips muraux. Il vous suffira de nouvelles bandes tesa Powerstrips.
Je me ferai un plaisir de vous les envoyer gratuitement, afin que vous puissiez tenter une nouvelle installation sans frais supplémentaires pour les bandes adhésives.
En ce qui concerne les instructions, nous apprécions vos retours et nous les prendrons en compte pour améliorer la guide d'installation.
Pour retirer l'IXXI, comme montré dans cette vidéo: https://www.ixxi.com/fr/informations/article/video-enlevez-facilement-votre-ixxi-du-mur/, vous minimiserez les risques de détérioration du mur. Une astuce utile consiste à chauffer légèrement les bandes avec un sèche-cheveux pour faciliter leur retrait.
Nous espérons que les nouvelles tesa Powerstrips vous permettront de reposer votre IXXI et que celui-ci sera bientôt parfaitement droit sur votre mur !

Enigste nadeel is geen mogelijkheid om een eigen tegel met tekst erbij te zetten. Zou handig zijn dat je een tekst kan schrijven met als optie keuze uit meerdere achtergronden.

ook wij kwamen met IXXI in aanraking via vrienden en wij hebben meteen foto’s van leuke gebeurtenissen met onze (klein)kinderen bij IXXi laten afdrukken.Tja en dan gaat de bal automatisch verder rollen. Onze laatste ervaring was een wandschildering van IXXI: snel en accuraat geleverd.

Super handig systeem
Super handig systeem, gebruik het inmiddels al 4 jaar. Met onze grote schare kinderen en kleinkinderen, dat qua samenstelling steeds in beweging blijft, hartstikke handig!
De foto's worden mooi afgedrukt, allelei mogelijkheden qua grootte en snelle levering, good verpakt.
Prima ophangsysteem, goede uitleg en makkelijk vervangbaar.

Snelle levering, mooie kwaliteit
Sinds enkele jaren heb ik al ixxi’s hangen met foto’s 20x20. Zo leuk om steeds weer wat te vervangen met recentere foto’s. En sommige zijn zo mooi dat ze altijd blijven en niet worden gewisseld. Prachtig systeem en het kan ook in de overkapping in de tuin. Zo leuk!

In the past, photos went into albums in the closet, now the iPhones are full of photos that float somewhere where no one can find them anymore. But our dearest memories now hang as an album in our living room, and grow with the years and events that have to stay alive
