They dealt with all aspects of the IVA so the process was less stressful on myself

Everything was fine until they took over my bank account after 2 missed payments. This was January and adverse freezing weather, tge worst recorded in years. I had no access to my cash, my app or my debit card. The worst thing was the missed payment was because their online system kept rejecting my new debit card so I couldn’t pay. A single Mum with a blind daughter who works full time and never missed a payment. 3 years and 2 months in to a 4 year trust deed and that happened. I begged them on the phone to give me access to my funds, I had no electricity, I was running out of fuel for the car and after almost a week and a strongly worded email to the financial ombudsman they eventually gave me access.
This review is legit, J3 debt solutions did not apologise or help they don’t care. In September 1 month before I was due to finish the payment plan they wanted a review of my account, incomings outgoings etc, and I received email and texts.. Poor service, no care and I would not recommend to anyone.

Told our situation that I keep applying all sort of jobs since summer 2024 with no luck and I have a wedding photo/videography business which doesn't go very well since 2024, my wife is applying to jobs too since last summer, the quick phone call was more than an hour and I started the phone call saying we are on UC told many times we keep applying all sort of jobs, but at the end of the call the guy said they can't help as we are on UC go to work first. Very supportive and understanding after 1.5years of applying jobs I wasn't succesful what does he expect within a few month I will be succesful? I said him I started a driver instructor training course too but to be a driving instructor it takes way longer than what I thought and told it can take.
Wasted time and effort. If they couldn't help, they wouldn't need to ask our personal details and could said after a second they can't help because we get only UC.

This company were great. I had a bad time financially near the end of my trust deed. Sadly lots of problems going on in my life at that time. Once I managed to communicate with the right people at J3, Mark and Jamie, we came to a great conclusion. I am very grateful for their help. Thank you

Pushy bad customer service -

Initially I felt very pressured by Connor to have to have meetings now or you'll miss out etc. I mentioned this and they seemed to get a little better once I was through to next stages - Since agreeing and signing up I have been trying to get responses for 3 weeks - they used to reply instantly and now I am being ghosted. I wish I had chosen someone else for sure - be warned a wolf in sheep's clothing springs to mind

These people were the first people I confided in about my many debts, just after the first conversation, I felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders. They were kind, understanding and non judgemental. They sorted everything out for me and it has completely changed my life. If you are struggling and don't know where to turn, please speak to these lovely people, they will do everything they can to help you!
