Hi guys, they helped me quite abit, and very helpful explaining which was the better option to help me through this stressful time. They was very professional in the manner they advised me, but you need be very honest with everything you tell them, and they really try and help you.

I had some stacked dept and i find out myself paying interest nonstop so deciced to call them but it was a very big mistake. They do everything but merge your loan. If you need therapy and repeat your adress and name numerous times in a call then go on call them.

Complain at you about contact but dont email you back, extremely inconsiderate of mental health conditions. Lack of understanding for individual situations is a joke. Could be in a mental institute & they’d still expect you to ‘call’ coz they can’t be bothered emailing back yet blame it all on you
