So After being in a complicated relationship for 15 years I finally broke free from it, however that came with consequences DEBT!! And a lot of it sadly that was uncovered over a matter of months. So I decided I needed help I'm a single mum of 3 so I needed to find a balance where I could afford to pay back the debt and still survive each month as I would have cost over half my pay And so i found j3, I was scared and apprehensive wondering if it was a good idea or if they were right me. So I called and spoke to 3 different guys over a period of calls Muhammed and Scott were great they had absolute empathy for my situation and didn't make me feel bad in anyway and helped me though the process. Then the team called all the creditors to figure out what I owed. And after going through my finances worked out what I could afford they did all the heavy lifting and even gave me a breathing space so no creditors could bother me till the IVA was ready for vote. Luckily it all went through without issue. And Emma was my final contact to let me know the results and set up payment plan. I know dealing with debt is scary but just take one step at a time and give this company a chance.
