Do not share Credit Card info with them
JackHealth charged my credit card over a month ago for a product I never authorized. When I contacted them, I was assured a refund would be issued "tomorrow". I’ve received nothing, a week later. Since then, they have completely stopped responding to my emails. The issue remains unresolved, and their lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable. This is not how a legitimate or trustworthy company should operate. Avoid at all costs. Please don't give them your credit card information.

Being charged for something you didn’t authorize, followed by delays in communication and a promised refund that hasn’t come through, is unacceptable. I know refunds take 5-7 business days to process, and perhaps this was not communicated clearly.

Always seems to be a delay in receiving prescription however there is never a delay in you charging my credit card

Drop in level of service
In general, I've been very happy with the services provided by Jack Health. Unfortunately, the level of service seems to have fallen off a bit. They did not send my prescription on schedule and did not respond to my enquiry. I had to follow up two more times before receiving a response which made my prescription over two weeks late. There wasn't any acknowledgement of their error or my inconvenience.
