I made my order on October 27 and reached out to the multiple times now to find out where is my order and I just keep getting sent a link that does not work. I’m very upset and when I try to call the store, it sent me to voicemail very unprofessional still waiting to hear back.

Good quality, great price, quick communication. Item didn’t arrive at expected time for extra $30 expedited fee but was quickly refunded. Will shop again

I have ordered 5 leather jackets from this company over the last few years. If you like to own good quality leather jackets then I highly recommend. Service is reliable. I have always had updates and have been able to provide input during the making process. Definitely worthwhile owning at least one jacket from this company.

My product came in on time and was in perfect condition. The attention to detail was spot on. The quality for such an affordable price is amazing. Highly recommend to everyone!

Ordered a Jacket on 28th February. Arrived on 18th June. Very slow customer service responses. The quality of the Jacket is average at best. Very poor all round

They could not ship properly, could not return correct answers to my inquiries, and after almost two months, the jacket I received was a piece of trash that did not even resemble the sample photo.

Love the finished product! Perfect fit and love the look. Delivery time is long but to me it was worth the wait. Please just be more realistic with the delivery time.

After waiting 2 months for it to arrive from Pakistan I was shocked to how awful the jacket was. Advertised as real leather and item received was the cheapest plastic faux leather I have ever seen. The patches had been ironed on with the backing still on the edges leaving a patchy white outline. £160 paid for something I would think twice about paying £30 for. Refund received but that was after having to pay £30 to post back. Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely awful.
Ordered a billionaire boys jacket for my son on the 21st January for his 21st on the 10th February.
This did not come in time, not even shipped.
Got back in touch with them to ask what was happening and got asked what was wrong with the product.......I hadn't received it, this is on the 8th March.
Do not order off this site unless you want to be disappointed!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬

Scam site don’t buy anything from this website they don’t have a customer service phone number and won’t provide you a tracking number or even timely advice on when your refund will return to your account

Buyers beware... I ordered a Champion jacket from this company in December and still haven't received my purchase as of January 30th 2024!!! Customer service is none existing. I keep having to reach out to them regarding my purchase and all I get is an excuse regarding my order asking for additional days to ship. This is a SCAM!!! Had to place a claim with my financial institution to get my money back. Don't waste your time or money. You've been warned!!!

Just got a update they said it’s genuine cow hide leather there was a misunderstanding I’m guessing they have 1 person doing emails had a family tragedy changing my review because I got the answers I wanted just will be back to repost this review when I receive my leather jacket.

I ordered a Cincinnati Reds Varsity Jacket. It looks nice for a cheap jacket but overall the quality is not premium in any way and there is false advertising on the Jacketsthreads website. Some of the pictures do not match up with the product I received. The main patch at the top of the back that says Reds is completely different than what is pictured. In the pictures this patch is presented as a thick, luxurious, carpeted patch that is stitched on. In reality you receive an extremely thin patch that says Reds. A couple of the other patches on the jacket are presented the same way on the website but you guessed it, upon arrival they are thin and cheap. The website also states the jacket has genuine leather sleeves. This is absolutely not true. It is cheap pleather. The jacket also has several places on the interior, the quilted liner, where it was not sewn properly and threads are either hanging out or just not sewn properly in general. The zipper was also applied on the wrong side but is still functional. It’s a decent cheap jacket overall but it is not premium in any way. There is nothing premium about it. Be wary of the pictures presented on the website because in person, it does not match up. I will not use Jacketsthreads ever again.

I am in disbelief that you would request a review on this order when I still haven’t received it! I truly feel that it would be more appropriate to wait until the order was completed. That being said, I am beginning to think that I have been the victim of fraud but I am still holding out hope I’ll get what I ordered.

Order not yet received chased, had no initial contact, placed review on trust pilot and then received contact via WhatsApp, told to expect delivery soon

I made a mistake in the size I ordered..I contacted the customer support and they stopped the shipment and corrected the size on the jacket.. I just received my jacket and it fits perfectly.....well done
