The jacket itself is amazing quality I can’t fault it at all to the point where I’m getting it framed to display in my collection. Only fault was delivery time was a bit long but coming from the US to the UK I can understand the delay.

I placed an order on Nov. 8th. They told me that I would have my product in two weeks. Now, although it has not technically been two weeks, I kept asking them for a tracking number because I was expecting it in two weeks. They responded saying that it will be shipped out in the next three business days. I waited until The three business days, and then I asked once again for a tracking number. They replied, saying that it will be shipped out in the next five business days. At this point, I ask for my money back. So they sent me a personal text explaining that it will be at my doorstep by the end of the month. I’m personally starting to think that they’re selling items that they don’t have.

I ordered a Off-White Chicago Bulls…
I ordered a Off-White Chicago Bulls Varsity Jacket. The jacket was too small & the quality was not very good. It was very expensive to return through the post office. The company does not pay for return shipping so they offered me half of my money back & to just keep the jacket which I feel like I didn't have a choice but to accept it. Now I just have to find someone who wants to buy it so I can recoup the money I lost. Never again...

I ordered a XO jacket on September 17, 2023 and paid expedited shipping. Today is November 13, 2023 and I have yet to receive my product. I have been reaching out for weeks, first it was said that the jacket didn’t meet QA qualifications and that it had to be remade. Then it went from that to the colors didn’t match the jacket that was ordered. Now I’m reaching out in hopes to receive a tracking number after reaching out on Veterans Day and was told that my item was shipped and I will receive a tracking number once normal hours resume. Well today is the day (November 13,2023) that normal hours resumed and I was given a tracking number for a shipping label that is labeled 9-18-2023…

Poor quality and service
After 11 emails, I finally received better service. Regardless, it took a month to receive my package. The quality of the item did not match the description, poor quality. The item was too small, therefore needed to be returned. The cost was very expensive so I was offered 40% of my money back. I am now left with 60% of my money gone and a cheap jacket. I will never purchase anything from this company again.

Dodged a bullet
Well hard to comment as yet as I placed my order on 16th Oct and this is 7th nov and still no sign... I emailed and I was assured my jacket would be shipped by today... My original email said I'd have it within two weeks.... Will update once I have received... If I do...UPDATE: i have received a full refund thankfully but think i dodged a bullet.. i was informed last week my jacket would be shipped by tuesday as it was in the finalising stages, but then when i questioned this the few days later as Tuesday had came and went,i was told they were busy and it would be another two weeks before it would be ready...they assured me another customer received the same jacket and sent pics to confirm.. jacket looked completely different to one i had ordered...i was also contacted by the company to basically give out to me for posting a bad review!!! They did ask could i wait for the two weeks or take a refund i obviously picked the latter. Then they told me to take the review down...my review was not negative, just honest and i did state i would update when i heard more which is what i am currently doing now. Had they been transparent form the onset and stated that during busy shopping periods, there could be a wait time of up to 4 weeks for shipping, i would have been prepared, but to state two weeks, then once the two weeks are up, state it would be shipped in a few days, to then state it would be another two weeks is very misleading and in these times very worrying. I think I was lucky to get my money back.

I ordered Ken’s faux fur coat from The Barbie Movie. Overall, it is a fantastic replica. Seller went out of their way to add specks of black hairs to the fur so that it matched what was used in the movie. The size chart was reliable, and I am happy with the fit of the size I ordered. I was also happy to discover that it has three pockets!
My only criticism is their decision to line the inside of the coat with a polyester fabric. It is crinkly, causes me to sweat, and sticks to my skin. It feels like I am wearing a rain poncho in between my skin and the faux fur. Personally, I would have gladly paid more if it meant that a non-polyester material would be used as the liner.
Other than that, it is a fantastic handmade replica and I appreciate the seller’s eye for detail. I think the price is fair for what I received and I will cherish this piece for years to come. Thank you!
