Great application for continuing education. I really enjoyed, you can do whatever you have time and most important from home, also you can save all the staff you learn. At the end you get a nice certificate. Recommend.

I’ve been with this company for probably 20 years they have always act professional.
I do like the new format and they’ve notified the state in a reasonable time, they’re very helpful over the phone and I like the new design of the classes.

I have no idea what you have to do
I have no idea what you have to do. But you could start out by not asking for payment until I am done with the hours. The other biggy you could do is make sure someone is available on the phone when necessary. We could not get through you security for ever. And if I could have gotten my money back you would not have to worry about me.

My hours have not been reported to the state despite multiple calls. I paid for rapid reporting and its not rapid and I want a refund for the $30 I paid for rapid reporting.

It is easy to set up and work at my own pace. Unfortunately, it wasn't clear on the homepage that one segment (arcflash training ) had to completed before the code update training. My course ran out before I had time to work through it, and I had to purchase that section a secound time. It would be very helpful if the time frame to finish a course was on the homepage.

You are now charging exhorbitant price for reporting timely completion of your courses. You used to report completion to Texas very quickly but now you stall to get your extra fee. I am not coming to you in the future.
