The company themselves are good
The company themselves are good. However I think they need to look at the delivery company. It took 4 attempts to get the vehicle delivered, all plausible reasons. On the fourth time the vehicle was delivered but it was driven here, 2 hours away, not delivered on a truck. That left the petrol tank on empty, which i had asked them not to do as I live six miles from the nearest petrol station. Other than that no other issues.

Too long a wait
I was made to wait over 1h20 and there was very little communication in that period of time. Otherwise the actual process was dealt with swiftly and with great professionalism.
