We would like to provide positive feedback on the technical support received from SBS regarding GivEnergy system.

The technical support team carried out a thorough investigation and detailed troubleshooting of the battery, followed by a comprehensive in-depth report outlining their findings and recommendations. The report was clear, informative, and provided valuable technical insight into the system and the available options.

We were able to present the findings to the client and discuss the recommended next steps and further options. Following this, GivEnergy also provided us with a quotation for an additional new battery. The quotation has now been accepted by the client, and the installation is ready to proceed.

We really appreciate the professionalism, technical expertise, and level of support provided by the GivEnergy team throughout the process. It is reassuring to have knowledgeable technical support available who can investigate issues thoroughly, provide clear recommendations, and help us move forward with practical solutions.

I contacted SBS to get my new GivEnergy battery up and running after my original installer were dragging their feet. Nathaniel was able to talk me through the process with ease. Can I give a big shout out and thanks to JACOB from Specialbatteryservices who has been helping to try and diagnose the reason for my Givenergy AIO failing to fully charge and discharge. He's been incredible helpful and has provided me with information/data indicating the likely cause of the problem. Great work!

Alex was very helpful with his advice and answered all the questions I had. Once I placed order a very fast and efficient service. Placed an order on Friday for an additional GivEnergy battery to add to my existing system. By Sunday lunchtime the new battery had been delivered and installed. Well done Specialbatteryservices.

I had a problem with my Givenergy battery. My installer was dragging their heels over it, so I tried reaching out to SBS. I got a reply in the morning of the following day and in the afternoon, one of their technicians had reprogrammed my battery to make it work as intended. Amazing service and expertise.

The emails were slow - Alessandro would send one, I’d reply then not hear anything for a few days but I got through and then everything was great, including really speedy service to fit my additional battery.
