Great service from Jake Shoes. Manchester based retailer. I have been searching for a pair of Uggs my daughter wants but couldn’t find any available in her size. Came across Jake Shoes who had her size late on Saturday evening. Bought them there and then, received confirmation of order and invoice immediately and the boots were with me by Wednesday, very well packaged and in perfect condition. Very pleased and will use again.

Bought 2 pairs of boots, money was taken same day as ordered , never received them . They are scammers .

Emailed 4 times no response. Ordered a pair of trainers 3 weeks ago payment taken same day as order. Still not delivered. No contact number or web chat .

Great !!! Ordered Docs and got them within 2 days absolutely legit and i couldn’t find these shoes in stock anywhere else !! I thought I would add my review as when I was shopping on this website the bad reviews on here put me off (even though it states people are mixing up the stores) but I went for it anyway and it was the best decision!

Ordered a pair of children’s DM sandals. They arrived via Royal Mail when expected. Straightforward transaction. Accurate product. Good company.

I ordered around 4.30pm on Sunday and have not long received my order, delivered by Royal Mail. I have had 2 pairs (1 Navy, 1 Pink) of the Skechers Arch Fit 2.0 before and knew exactly what I had ordered. Thank you very much for your prompt service, packaging was quite funky too 😂 x
