Just like all the other users they took order of £150 from me and didn't deliver for weeks one of them said it is shipped other said they are waiting from publisher for these books, after few months i told them them i found these books with other similar stores like yours is it okay to cancel and will you refund me? they said yes and cancelled the order themselves but since then they have not refunded and its been 8 months now. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER THEY ARE A SCAM NOW (i was their regular customer for years but something has changed with them since 2021)

Do NOT order anything from this company. As the other reviews say, they will not ship your order or refund you any money despite promising to do so. I ordered books I needed for a university course in September 2021, and at first I accepted that it would take a bit longer than normal to process the order and the shipment due to the pandemic. Several of my university professors have recommended using Jamalon so it felt like a safe website to use, but even though the website might have been a good option in the past, something has happened to this company and the customer service is the worst I have ever encountered.

After contacting the customer service several times about the order still not being shipped, I finally got an answer in the end of November where they said that they could only ship two books, since they hadn't received the rest from the publisher, even though another customer service person had said the week before that the books would be shipped within two weeks. I decided to cancel my order instead since I would not have been able to get the books in time for my course anyway, and they said they would refund me. This never happened. In February, I was told they would fix it the following week, and since then it has been almost impossible to get in touch with them and they have not refunded me.

They have removed the chat function from the website and replaced it with a "Contact us" request box which I have used several times without any answers. They have also made it impossible to comment on posts on their Facebook and Instagram accounts, which is an indicator that there are a lot of dissatisfied customers, since they used to be very active on social media.

Last week I was finally able to get a response via email. I was told that to get a refund, I have to submit a claim with my card provider, which I have done through my bank and I hope I can get my money back that way. It should be noted that this step is only something a customer should take when it has been impossible to reach an agreement with the company, so the fact that Jamalon themselves are referring their customers to do this is not a good sign.

This store is a scam. Ordered a book 4months ago and still not delivered yet despite several chasers and repeated assurance from them that the book will be delivered "in 10 days" with all sorts of excuses to justify the delay. I requested a refund about 3weeks ago and since then no more communication from them.
Don't recommend anyone to use them.

very big delay to receive the order and at the end I cancel it and then they dont refund the money paid by card and on top of that they are not reachable by phone very bad experience and I dont advise to buy from them be careful when dealing with then they will end up by just ignoring all your messages.

اتعامل معاهم من مدة كان موقع جيد. الآن اصبح جدا سيئ. لم يستطيعوا توفير الكتب لمدة شهر. وبعدها طلبت منهم ان يلغوا الطلب ويعيدوا المال. قالوا سوف نفعل. الآن فوق شهر الشهر من طلب اعادة المال ولم يعيدوه إلى الآن.
كل ما اتواصل معاهم لكي لارى ماذا فعلوا، يقولون لي نحن نعمل على الموضوع
لن اتعامل معهم مره اخرى ابدا
وسوف انصح كل اصدقائي القراء ان لا يتعاملوا معهم ابدا.

I have dealt with them for a while, it was a good website. Now it is very bad. They could not provide the books for a month. Then I asked them to cancel the order and refund the money. They said we will. It is now over a month from the request to refund the money and they have not refunded it until now.
Every time I talk to them about it, they say we are working on it.
I will never deal with them again
I will advise all my reader friends not to deal with them at all

Many people are complaining in the social media account delayed shipment and they don't refund the customers careful when dealing with them
