Great product and absolutely great postal service

Ive tried to contact jameslakeland 3 times at onlineshop@jameslakeland dot net on Dec 13 and twice on Dec 14th. My order was placed on Dec 13th. Id be happy to discuss my issues and attempt resolution if anyone were to reach out to me.

The blouse sent was really badly stitched around the collar. It should never have been sent out. Very disappointing. Had to return it. Unlike James Lakeland to be so shoddy

The coat is beautiful but it came with a hole in the pocket.

I discovered James online shop couple of years ago and I can honestly state, I was so impressed with the whole experience of ordering and their return/refund policy.
His collection never fails to impress and is simply luxurious.
Having met him in person tonight I was impressed with his kindness and generosity.
I would recommend his on line shop to anyone who is interested in owning his luxurious and perfectly tailored garments.

I would definitely shop on line with james Lakeland because it was a swift delivery considering I live in the Chanel islands , also good products on offer and quality aswell

Well very poor thin material ,linen but looks like a old rag.very dissapointing,not usual quality.

I want to thank Nina from the Birmingham Mailbox store for helping me find the perfect birthday present for my wife. The product is of such high quality and Ninas non pushy customer service made me feel like I was shopping with a friend. My wife loved the coat and I will defiantly be back again.

The parcel arrived beautiful packaged The dress beautiful and well made Unfortunately it was too tight across my bust and that made the dress fall unevenly Retuning was so easy compared to other sites

I needed to,do a return as the shirt was not suitable for me
It would be better if a returns label is sent with purchase as we do not all have printers to print our own label

Bought the most gorgeous dress from James Lakeland! The service was amazing, staff were so lovely and kind. My wardrobe is full of James Lakeland and I need to add more! Would definitely recommend

the best trousers ever! i have shopped here for many years and these are the only trousers that fit me perfectly honetsly they make me feel so confident. The service is also fabulous the workers helped me find what was best for me and i was not afraid to ask for help.

I have shopped at Hoopers and then your Wilmslow shop for a number of years, but unfortunately this last year the shop has been full of last year’s item with only a few new styles added consequently I has bought fewer clothes and have been disappointed because there have been no exciting items on your rails. Also, I have on several occasions found the shop price to be more expensive than your online price!!
