Had an enquiry about an online delivery. Question cleared up within minutes of calling. Very friendly and communicative.

It was easy to place my order and it arrived quickly 2 days later. The tool I purchased works well and appears to be good value.

just what I wanted , arrived quickly

Extremely slow to post considering it was a supposed ‘in stock’ item. Took way over a week to arrive - sent by a next day service.
Not impressed.

Product as described and delivered quickly

Amazing. Product didn't show up through any fault of theirs.... Royal Mail apparently delivered but didn't.

I rang them, they without quibble sent a prompt replacement and dealt with Royal Mail.

Fabulous. Absolutley how customer service should be done.

Offered at a reasonable price the hook up cable I needed, however they need to communicate with their customers by simply answering the phone instead of letting it ring off the hook!

Generally good service all round

I ordered a slightly shorter cable from Amazon, and it wasn't long enough, finding options longer proved challenging, so I resorted to good old Google and found J&M Electrical Supplies.

So I ordered a longer cable as required, it was cheaper by some margin, arrived in good time, fitted it and was the perfect length and quality.

To note, I realised on the delivery note email that the address was slightly wrong (thanks to autocomplete), and I called to make sure it was corrected. Having spoken to a very polite gentleman, it was apparent this error had been noticed and already corrected, so A* for that.

Would happily recommend to others.

Mixed - Very good service informing me of order receipt and processing but experienced non delivery on scheduled day by APC and subsequent emails to inform J&M and report an opened package have been ignored. So, no points for after sales service, brining overall rate down.
