Badly packed jars with 3 broken out of 24. Emailed their sales team to tell them how badly they were packed with no response. Nothing to do with delivery service - in fact they are to be congratulated as only 3 jars were smashed! Jars are ok but lids are very thin with some already dented and cant be used for sale.

As always easy ordering.
Arrived securely packaged and on time.
What more can one ask.

Always well packed & delivery time is good. Highly recommend.

I ordered my honey jars online and had to phone re the 10% off voucher which l was unable to claim. The person l spoke to was really helpful and got me a new code which worked instantly. He was very pleasant and the jars arrived very quickly. We were kept up to date with delivery. This is our second shipment and will certainly order from them and recommend to other bee keepers. Thank you!

Great customer service. First delivery was rejected by the courier because of damage but a replacement delivery was with me the following day. Excellent service

Good prices and excellent service: jars are in top condition and everything perfect.

Excellent service again with quick delivery and very secure packaging. Would highly recommend this company for jars, bottles and extra lid needs.

Excellent customer service and speedy delivery, thank you.

Giving them 5 stars even though there were a few issues....took 3 attempts to get the right amount of jars & lids! But their customer service was exemplary & errors that I think were with the courier were fixed & sent out overnight within an hour of my phoning.

Quick delivery, great product. Very happy. Thank you

The order arrived on due date. Received helpful informative email. Products were packaged for maximum safety and each piece was in perfect statre.

Excellent product. quick delivery

So easy to order and delivered promptly . Highly recommended!

Great price. Great product. Good delivery to my doorstep by DPD. At 6 days from ordering (including a weekend) - it took maybe a day or two longer to deliver than the 3 days quoted, but not a problem for me. Recommended.

Well packaged, swift delivery will use again

I bought from this company jars and bottles several times. Every time they are amazing, deliver in time and great quality. I do preserve jams, pickle vegetables and prepare apple juice for winter. I am so pleased with their products. I will definitely order again.
