Good value, prompt delivery. What more can you ask!

Easy to order. Arrived promptly and well packaged. Nice bottles perfect for the job. Metal tops would have been nicer than plastic.

good price, good delivery, easy to deal with

Great jars, great packaging and great service. Thank you

The order process was easy, the bottles do appear to be very well made, the delivery was ontime, however the packaging was a fail the bottles were rolling around in the box, thankfully with no breakages so proves the quality of the glass.

Website was easy to use. Clear ordering, and speedy delivery. Second time I’ve used this company and I’m really pleased. X

Good price efficiently packed and delivered

The jars are great and arrived pretty quickly after ordering. I just wish the packaging was better as the jars are not tightly packed. The slip out of the cardboard separators and so get bashed about in transit. Last box had several broken, thankfully this package didn't but more luck than judgement I think.

Quick delivery easy to use website

Excellent product and great service as always.

Perfect, yet again thanks

Good quality jars and lids. Arrived in good time. Very well boxed. I would use again.

Great service and product. Thank you.

The bottles and caps purchased from J&B are excellent, every bit as good as described and very well packed for transport. The buying experience was simple and communications very good with comprehensive invoices and delivery notes provided very quickly.

The only part of the purchase which was poor, very poor, was the delivery itself. This was contracted out to DPD, whose performance was a complete shambles.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend J&B (Pattesons Glass) products but it might be worth asking if they can despatch by a different courier.

I was given no notification about delivery. As it was a private address and the goods were on a pallet it is fortunate that I was home.

Otherwise the service was good.

Love using Jars & Bottles wonderful service from a great team . Super product range safely packaged with a quick order turn around which is ideal for my business

100 high quality jars bought at an excellent price and delivered promptly. All as described.
Many thanks.

Just thrown in a communal room, didnt bother the attempt to deliver to address(even though was in and 15 steps further)

Used 4 times, only 1st time delivery was great on time, the other 3 times poor customer service and delayed delivery. Bottles great quality-no complain.
