Bought a lovly tartan skirt with like a chain holster. I had to adjust chain which i expected but that was easy. Otherwise good material and lovly clothing. Can't wait to wear on a night out

The site was easy to use, it had a lot of variety, and a good sale!

Great online shop. Love this brand for its alternative styles. Nicely packaged and delivered within a couple of days.

Have used this site a couple of times. First occasion I received no confirmation at all of my order. I emailed explaining I could see the money had left my bank and asked for order confirmation and delivery details. I never got a reply so I started to worry it was a scam site. I spoke with my bank who advised me to freeze my card for the next 10 days or until the clothes arrived causing quite a bit of inconvenience. Fortunately the clothes arrived the following week. They were good quality and fit well.

Next order I received a message from their delivery company advising they couldn't delivery as I was not home. I called to advise to leave in my safe space and was told this was impossible at the request of the seller. They eventually agreed I could nominate a neighbour but still couldn't say when delivery would be (so how am I supposed to ask a neighbour if they'll be in? When I asked this, what I thought was quite a logical question, I was accused of being "awkward".)

I called Jawbreaker and explained to them the delivery company needed them to change my delivery to allow it to be left in my safe space. 10 minutes later they called back and said the delivery company said I said I wanted it delivered to a neighbour. I pointed out that is not what was agreed as I still didn't know if my neighbours would even be home as APC couldn't say when delivery would be.My preferred method is to put it in my safe place- exactly the same as my previous order. They told me I had to call the delivery company back again and tell them I did not want it delivered to a neighbour.

I called APC back and spoke with the same agent who then started saying that Jawbreaker hadn't done what they were supposed to, that he had phoned the "sender office" rather than the "delivery centre" and something that meant nothing to me about "consignments". I asked could the two businesses not speak to each other to sort it out as I am just the customer caught in the middle and these various processes and procedures aren't really anything to do with me or within my job knowledge. She then yelled at me that this wasn't her job and she won't be spoken to this way and put the phone down.

I called Jawbreaker back and asked to cancel the order and issue a refund as I had no way of arranging delivery. They agreed but as yet have not received it so currently no delivery and out of pocket.

I felt both Jawbreaker and APC were essentially trying to get me to fix a mistake that was nothing to do with me. I also found them to be very inconsiderate and kept saying things like "can you just phone" or "can you email that". As I kept explaining, I am an outdoor worker, so no! There is no such thing as sending a quick email, what you're asking me to do is stop doing my job and start- in the middle of a field in the wind n rain- doing office work that really isn't anything to do with me.

EDIT- They lost an extra star for spamming my email asking me to review products I never received and to write a review when I already had

Easy to use website, great communication and speedy delivery.
Clothes were just as described and good sizing.

Package was shipped quickly, arrived on time with no issues, dress fits well, sizing seems good, and quality of item is great, looking forward to wearing the dress to an upcoming wedding

Very fast delivery. Good quality clothing. Some fraying around the edges of one of my skirts but I think it adds to the style so im in love with it.

Midnight Garden dress is so beautiful, I absolutely LOVE it !! Flattering length & cut with stretchy mesh fabric. Lightweight & perfect for the hot summer weather. I’m a 12/14 & the 12 fits perfectly as the fabric is forgiving. The arm cuffs as mentioned on other reviews, are a bit tight but was ok for me. Also the under skirt is quite short so I wore some shorts. Love the design with owls, snakes & skull in between the flowers. Wore it to a Handfasting wedding & had lots of compliments. Highly recommended & despatch/delivery was quick.

I ordered a dress during the sale, the delivery was really quick and the dress itself a great fit and good quality. Unfortunately the belt that was supposed to come with it had been missing, when I contacted customer service to let them know they got back to me really quickly to apologise and got the belt sent out pretty much the next day. Overall really happy with the purchase and the piece of mind that any issues are fixed quickly, would purchase again.

I saw this jumper in Reddit and just had to have it. The arms are lovely and long, which is an unusual find for a tall girl like me. It crops at my waist, so isn’t too long or too short, and will show off my waist. Can’t wait for autumn!

None of my clothes fit so I needed to buy a whole new wardrobe. I felt so lost, I needed an alternative clothing brand that took measures to limit the effect of the industry on the environment. Then I found jawbreaker, I read their info page and I was so pleased, finally a brand I could happily buy from. Then I saw the prices and thought oh my gosh, could this get any better?! As a fashion student I looked over the materials and jawbreaker ticks every box for me. I ordered 14 items the first time and I was so pleased, I ordered a further 8 item the following week. I’m hooked for life, I was so pleased with speedy delivery. Great delivery service through dhl and plenty of communication about the stage of my delivery through both jawbreaker and the delivery service. The level of care into packaging the clothing safely was incredible ensuring none of the clothes could be subject to condensation and tissue paper over printed designs to prevent rubbing or damage. Overall I’m extremely happy with every aspect and I will be a customer for life
