Absolutely first class company to deal with. I sent an urgent order but forgot it was Easter ... I sent an email and miraculously, the hi-vis jackets were with me 2 days later, in time for our aid convoy. Five stars.

As the Paramedic Society at the University of Surrey, we approached JAX First Aid to source essential training equipment to benefit our members and the wider university community. We purchased the Bronze First Aid Bundle and requested that one of the mannequins be swapped for a female version. Jordan and his team responded quickly and accommodated this without any issues.

We were especially impressed by the personalised bags featuring our society’s logo, which added a thoughtful and professional touch. Delivery was fast and secure, the equipment is high quality, and the pricing was very competitive compared to other suppliers we considered.

Overall, the service was excellent from start to finish! Efficient, accommodating, and great value for money. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend JAX First Aid to anyone looking for reliable training equipment.

Jax First Aid. This company is brilliant. Wide variety of goods at a very good price. Fast turn around and goods delivered as promised (unlike other sites I've been mugged off by)and securely packaged. Nice addition is the little block of emergency chocolate that was included. I've used this company several times, and will continue to do so.

Absolutely Brilliant service! From placing the order, to signing off the mock up was max 1.5 hours. Was updated on every new development and had our Hi Vis vest in my hands in less than 24 hours. I am blown away by this service - this is something you don't get often or at all. I will be recommending and using them in the future again - no doubt.

I ordered a couple of first aid kits as a proof of concept for a potential larger order. The printing worked really well and the QR I wanted on there has come out perfectly.

We ordered hi viz tabards for our carnival marshalls. It was easy to order and to get our design just right, because you can see how they'll look. Delivery was very fast and we are very happy with the quality and price.

I would 100% recommend ordering from this company, the customer service is 10/10, especially Ben who was so patient with me with the mock-up of the coloured vests, they came out absolutely perfect. Not only this, but he saved us so much hassle and problems with delivering our hi-vis earlier than the expected delivery date, which we all appreciated.

Needed new backpack asap as mine was damaged and next event very soon. Contacted number of companies offering the backpack I wanted, however none of them were able to supply on time and their postage costs were high. Contacted Jax on Friday, confirmed they had the bag in stock, and could get to me by Monday, but they were so efficient, it arrived the next day, Saturday. Not bad as I am 300 miles from their premises! Amazing service and very reasonable pricing, thank you

I have been a customer for around 2 years now and they have always been a reliable company with prompt delivery. I had an issue with a product sent to me (completely out of their control), I contacted them and had an immediate response. The product was replaced no quibble and within a day or so. Their customer service is great, it's lovely to have a positive experience.

I was told my item was sent 7 days after ordering and would arrive in another 2/3 days, (it was a Christmas gift and I ordered 15 days before Christmas.)
2 and a half weeks later and a few emails sent, I still didn’t receive the item as they didn’t have the size I ordered (even though it had ‘been sent out’). Received a refunded after 4 weeks of purchase, and a ‘sorry it didn’t work out’ response. First and last time using this company.
