Speedy service, good product range and quality product with free customisation and inexpensive. Could not ask for more.

I am hopeless at anything to do with uploading and design! But Jax First Aid Supplies helped so much in making my order of High Vi's vests perfect! They were quick to respond to my emails and helped me through the process of image uploads etc. The quality of the vests are really good for the excellent price paid and the printing is top notch! The delivery was quick too and packaged well.

What an absolutely amazing service! I ordered 2 hi via vests with a logo on the Monday afternoon and they arrived the next morning! And the vests are fantastic quality and the printing was spot on!

My order was placed 10 days ago and as of yet I have been given no despatch date despite me contacting you by email 3 times. All which have been ignored. I will give a further review if and when my order arrives.

Miscalculation on my part, and a last minute job coming in meant I was short of training packs for a first aid course. A quick call and the drama was over.

You don't get service like this very often! Fantastic customer service, high quality personalised products, prompt responses to queries and delivery was super quick. Can't fault it at all. Exceptional.

So where can I start, I placed a order on the 5th of June 2023 today is 28th June and nothing yet, I had to call twice to find out what was going on and the first time I was told they were short staffed and it will be out for delivery 2 weeks ago nothing came threw then I called Monday 26th chase and to inform them we had a site meeting and needed out hi vis vest before Wednesday 28th they assured it would arrive by then but what do they do put it on 2/3 day with royal mail and the items will NOT arrive for when I needed them so I have to drop everything today and go out and buy 7 hi vis and get them printed with extra cost for me, Delivery and the time of how long it took them its a joke. you are working for trade it doesn't state on your website it will take a month for delivery on small orders. God knows if the order was BIG how long it would have taken them.

Jax has a first class website. I found the product I wanted using their search box (I had the option of asking a question if I wanted to). I rapidly felt safe and trusting in the ordering experience. My product was sent by first class Royal Mail and arrived, the next day, in good condition.

Brilliant service and excellent quality. We ordered one initially to see if the quality, as the price was really good, and not only were the hi-vis vests of great quality, but the print was full colour. No extra charges and wonderful service and help along the way. Ordered another 50 and will be my first choice for these again.

Sensational service.
Urgently required Hi Vis Vests with printed company logo. First time using Jax’s, called early morning to discuss requirements, received ’mock-up’ within an hour of ordered placement.
