JayWay Travel is a first-class company. They were very easy to contact. They listened and acted on our interests and needs for our stays in Prague, Vienna and Budapest. They did a first-rate job selecting the hotels we stayed in. They did a great job arranging our travel needs. The guides they selected were excellent, both in what they knew and how comfortable we were spending so much time with them. (They are included in our pictures.) We give JayWay five stars in all regards. We will use them again in the future.

We had an excellent trip to Croatia planned by Jayway. The hotels we chose with them were ideal for our family. They helped us craft an itinerary that was perfect. The transfers and tours were arranged impeccably and we had no issues with any of the drivers or guides coming on time. We truly enjoyed the guides on the tours they arranged, and learned so much from them. While we were there, we asked the local contact to help us find a photographer to take family pictures, and that was also a great experience. I will use them again for my next trip.

My husband and I, and two other couples who are our best friends, took "The Mountains and Lakes of Switzerland and Italy" trip to celebrate our 50th, 25th, and 49th anniversaries. It was a spectacular trip that was enjoyed by all. Although we have all travelled fairly extensively, none of us had been to any of these locations which is what drew us to this itinerary. Switzerland is spectacularly beautiful, as is Lake Como in Italy. JayWay helped us plan the trip start to finish, and our points of contact in both Switzerland and Italy helped smooth out any questions/issues once we were there. The customized website they developed for us which contained all the details of our trip including a lot more information on each of our locations, was extremely helpful as well. We had a great experience with JayWay and would definitely use them again.

Our 3rd trip with JayWay Travel was to Croatia and Slovenia and it was spectacular from the planning phase until the end of our vacation. Great communication during planning and while on trip. Interactive website is a very efficient and informative during the trip planning and final documents phase. The email and phone communications were exceptional in planning phase and while on trip. Staff was very professional and helpful.

JayWay planned our trip to Italy and Switzerland and we got a lot more than we expected. The level of hands-on support from start through the trip was incredible. We had a number of travel issues, all due to our airline and our own mistakes, and the people at JayWay were always available, even at 1 AM. Everything else was run perfectly. We couldn't ask for more from a travel company and will use them for all of our planned European trips.

Jayway Travel made all our arrangements for a Spain vacation. What a wonderful experience. The guides were extraordinary as were the Hotels and restaurants. Pick your destination and leave all the details to Jayway. You won't be disappointed. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have now taken 4 trips with JayWay and our 5th is already scheduled. We are huge fans! For years I planned all of our trips myself. I love working with JayWay because I am still able to customize our trips however I am able to use their expertise in the process. And most important for us are the personal guides they have gotten for us. We are independent travelers and finding the right guides was always hard and alot of work for me - but with JayWay...well we are more than satisfied! All of the guides - on all of the trips - have been fantastic!

Thanks to some of our good friends who passed on their recommendation, we have had the incredible good fortune to use JayWay Travel to help us plan our most recent trips, the last to Greece in May 2026. The planning process was easy and seamless. We had ample opportunity to provide input into our itinerary, with easy exchange of ideas with our trip planner to create the perfect trip, customized for us. Once our itinerary was in place, we had access to our guest page and JayWay's experts as we refined some of our highlights and experiences. All of our drivers, guides and tours were arranged in advance as well as our accommodations, internal flights and other transport. Our guest page also offered suggestions and ideas for additional excursions along the way as well as favorite restaurants in each of our destinations.

Once on the ground in Greece (as well as on our last adventure in central Europe) our local travel expert from JayWay checked in on us regularly, providing just as much support as we needed. We even met her in person while visiting her home city of Athens. She was lovely and awesome, walking us through our entire itinerary and making sure we had everything we needed. Along the way, our local guides were fantastic--smart, insightful and extremely professional. Our drivers were respectful and excellent. We felt totally taken care of while traveling and we remarked that we will "never go back" to stringing a multi-city trip together on our own. Several of our guides even mentioned (unsolicited) that JayWay was "topnotch". We felt it.

We felt supported, cared for, and looked after--all the things you love about a tour group without having to travel alongside 25 random strangers for two weeks. We will continue to come back to JayWay as long as we travel to destinations that they serve...hopefully they will add even more! We could not be happier, now TWICE, with our choice of JayWay. Thank you for two unforgettable, beautiful, stress-free and seamless vacations.

Five stars without hesitation! Our trip through Madrid, Porto and Lisbon was beautifully planned by JayWay travel and perfectly suited to our interests in art, architecture, and exploring local neighborhoods. Every recommendation was excellent, the logistics were effortless and the entire experience felt personalized rather than packaged. Every guide that we had shared a true enthusiasm for their city and a passion for its art and culture.We came home with wonderful memories and a deeper appreciation of Spain and Portugal. My husband and I, traveled to Portugal and Spain for 14 days in May with arrangements made through JayWay travel. Making the arrangements was pretty easy I worked with the local contact to choose some excursions, hotels and manner of transport. They were pretty accommodating with changes that had to be made and understanding my preferences.

We arrived in Lisbon and were greeted by our destination expert at our hotel. She was extremely personable and knowledgeable. She remained an excellent source of information throughout our stay ensuring all connections were made and that the tours went well.

The tours we took were excellent, the guides were all punctual and energetic and made each tour enjoyable while providing information about local history and customs.

All transportation to different locations worked out well and it was reassuring to know that someone was available locally should any challenges develop.

The my Guest page provided by JayWay was very helpful in keeping everything in one place and easily accessible. The information on the locations and suggestions for other activities as well as restaurants recommendation was very useful.

This trip worked out well, we had a great time and even had arranged for another family member to join us along the way.

Working with JayWay Travel made the process of planning a vacation much easier. The choices of the level of hotel you're looking for as well as the variety of excursions was perfect for us. The local representative was helpful and very responsive to our many questions. She checked in regularly making sure we were satisfied with the hotels, excursions and transfers. You feel like they have your back and take away any of the stress of foreign travel.

JayWay was an absolutely amazing asset for our trip. I had never used a travel agency before, and can't imagine NOT using them again. They were extremely responsive, helpful, and educated about the destination, tailored our trip to our specific interests, moved things around to accommodate us, were incredibly kind and fun to work with, and all around an amazing experience. 10/10 recommend!

Our trip to Central Europe was the third trip using Jayway and we are so happy about our decision. We have traveled to Europe many times before using different plattforms , ocean and River cruises.other group tours but in my opinion Jayway is the way if you want to really know the cities to visit

Our journey through Puglia was exceptional from start to finish. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, letting us relax and enjoy the beauty, culture, and flavors of southern Italy. The itinerary which was developed with JayWay allowed us to explore charming towns, stunning coastlines, historic sites, and wonderful food in many areas of Puglia that many tourists on their own would not be able to experience.

As the Italy Program Coordinator,Daniele Toniolo guided and accompanied us throughout the trip. He was knowledgeable, warm, and passionate about sharing the region, making our trip memorable. Each hotel was comfortable and well-located, and he personally transported us between cities. All of the travel on our tip was executed seemlessly. Logistics were never a worry. His personal touch, expertise, and focus on service truly stood out.

Puglia was a revelation — from Ostuni’s whitewashed streets to Alberobello’s trulli, from the sparkling Adriatic to incredible food and wine. Thanks to JayWay, we experienced it all with ease, comfort, and discovery.

We used JayWay a number of years ago in Europe and had an exceptiional experience with their attention to detail. When they offered a similar way to plan our trip to Peru (their first venture in South America), we jumped at it without hesitation. Everything was rave perfect; the choice of hotels, the guides, the travel connections, the sincere caring and oversight; we found the web-based planning brilliant. Even a couple of unexpected "glitches" were handled quickly and professionally.

She stone for our entire trip. She was “FANTASTIC”

We took a train from Paris to Barcelona. Driver waiting for us to take us to the hotel. Hotel was “FANTASTIC”. We were met at our hotel by Tamara on Monday morning She also had everything ready for us. Explained the modes of transportation and our excursions and off we went. Another fantastic interaction with a Jayway representative.

Our last leg of the trip was a plane flight Rome. Another flawless transfer. Plane flight was exceptional. Very sooth. Landed and was brought to our hotel and met Marianna. Same interaction.

All 3 of our onsite contacts were great. They all set the tone. For what we be a truly unbelievable trip to the 3 cities. Kudos to all 3. Communication skills were second to none. Very happy.

My wife and I have used JayWay three times for international trips. Previous trips were to Eastern Europe. This year we used them for a trip to Greece for our 25th wedding anniversary in May. We were in Greece twenty-one years ago and wanted to explore more of it. Aside from Athens, which we had been to before, we went to Nafplio, Naxos, and Chania (in Crete). Initially, we provided our travel advisor Elena with a number of destinations we were interested in and stipulated that we didn't want to feel rushed in any of them. She helped us winnow down the destinations to what best fit our interests and preferred timeframe. She also provided good options for hotels and activities for us to select from, as well as transportation between destinations. In addition, she elicited our dietary preferences and restrictions. Elena was informed, attentive, patient, and helpful throughout the months long process. Our onsite travel contact Valentina was terrific in ensuring that everything went smoothly when we arrived in Greece and made helpful suggestions. Our drivers, particularly the long-distance drivers, were terrific and all were on time. Also, our private tour guides were friendly and informed. My wife and I have found all JayWay staff members to be friendly and attentive. So, it was not a total surprise that we found in our hotel rooms a bottle of wine and a written note from the hotel wishing us a happy anniversary. My wife and I highly recommend JayWay. The cost of their trips is reasonable, they offer packaged and customizable tours, and they offer great quality and reliability.

The way I look at it, the only thing that can ruin an incredibly planned vacation is stress. JayWay takes the stress out of travel. From the airport pick up to private transportation to and from trains and hotels, we never experienced one delay and each ride was very clean with professional drivers.
