He was extremely helpful, and was patient when things got slowed down, and he always put forward suggestions to get things moving. We a great experience working with Emma. She secured a sale quickly and was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. When a legal issue with the land registry threatened to delay things, she remained calm and worked closely with us and the buyer to ensure everything completed on time—avoiding any extra stamp duty in the process.
