The way you responded to my review shows your incompetence. Sarah Cottor is a name provided by Trustpilot, nothing I chose myself. Unfortunately, the issues raised have not been resolved by J Brown. All you decided to do was to defend yourselves without ANY consideration for your customers. You chose your own gain over our situation and showed absolutely zero interest in helping us. Again, I can only warn anyone deciding to sell their house or to let it out to NOT go with your services. Trustpilot and you can verify all statements

I bought my commercial property through JBrown. Kyle was always professional and very efficient at answering queries and resolving issues. He always went the extra mile to make sure the process moved forward swiftly. Even though the property I bought is four hours away from London, he always managed to arrange things locally within a day or two.

Very helpful and efficient service from Kyle. He kept us fully informed at every stage of the purchase process which made the whole experience far less stressful that it could have been. Would definitely use JBrown again.

Can't fault JBrown when they sold a relatives house for me via probate sale. We couldn't get up to London because of the distance but they helped sort out clearance, gutter repair etc and kept us informed at every step. Emma particularly was extremely helpful with pulling ends together and being there if we had any questions or problems. I really cannot recommend them enough. They made a very stressful time for us as stress free as it could be!

Last month when I was looking for a flat Zara helped me a lot and made things very smooth. She helped through the process of renting with them and provided quick answers when needed.
