Very pleased with the service provided by JC Recovery who had been sent by the AA. Good communication and turned up on time. The young man who came was very careful when loading the car on to the recovery vehicle to ensure that it wouldn’t be damaged.

Broke down with a major oil leak whilst visiting family in Kent. Technician arrived within 8 minutes and my car was recovered within a hour. Their drivers had ran out of hours so they loaned me a courtesy car so I could get home and they delivered my car to my chosen garage the next day in Hampshire. Just brilliant service. Hassle free, friendly and really helpful.

I was stuck in the middle of nowhere and clutch had given up. What I have to say is I had an extraordinary gentleman, totally professional from the moment I got his first call to the home delivery point of my vehicle, who made a real difference to my well-being, as naturally, I was annoyed perhaps upset about the situation. The AA had sub this work out because it was an extremely busy evening for them but I’m totally glad I had the assistance from this particular Gentleman (Jezz).

Keep up the positive vibes and thank you from the bottom of my heart for getting me back home safely tonight really appreciated it.

Recovery showed up over 2 hours early after me stating I wouldn’t be available until after 2pm, had 9 missed calls from the recovery driver and when I phoned back he was extremely rude and hung up on me, I contacted the main office and spoke to the manager, he admitted there was an error their end and when I told him the driver was rude to me and members of staff that worked at the holiday park where the vehicle was getting recovered from he told me he used to work at the holiday park and that he was going to call them as a “good will gesture” and basically read them the riot act! I told him he would be causing me more harm than what has already been caused by being so rude to the staff here!! He then proceeded to tell me this is a professional company!! I’m pretty certain that the way he dealt with my complaint was NOT professional! This company were booked via green flag and in future I will be checking that I have no dealings with this company whatsoever, they left me feeling extremely intimidated as a woman. I have only left one star due to it not allowing me to post this with no stars.

Excellent service - recovered at 4 am from remote garage forecourt near Romney Marsh having been let down by another company who RAC thought had turned up . Thank you John for coming over to an area of Kent you don’t usually cover to take us home to East Sussex . Highly recommended.

Driver parked with all 4 wheels on the pavement, with all his windows open and asleep, oblivious to pedestrians who wish to use the pavement. As the manager of JC Recovery said "don't understand your problem, you could have asked him to move" My comment is he shouldn't be parked on the pavement in the first place. Especially when he is stopping pedestrians from getting safely passed. I call it common courtesy not to park illegally and inappropriate, Are you not professional drivers and business?

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. A fabulous service from start to finish. Friendly and courteous throughout. Good price and great timing. All you could expect and more

JC have come out twice to help my son - once at home and once when he had a flat tyre. They arrived really quickly and got hin home fast. Great service - thanks Luke.

Callum was excellent, polite and patient in helping me when my car starter motor failed. Prompt service and he had to wait for rather slow confirmation from my insurance company to authorise transport of my vehicle to my local garage. Well done Callum and thank you.
