The computers kept crashing and was there for at least 5 hrs but the people were nice.

If I could I would write a 0zero rating for them! First off in Pinellas county Florida, theres a lady named Melanie shes the sales lady. Let me tell you they will get you in a car-DON'T DO IT TRY KIA FIRST! oK, SO WHEN SIGNING THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD GET ME THE CAR FAX REPORT-NEVER DID THEY GET IT. MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT I WENT THREW HELL WITH THIS CAR WITHIN HRS OF PULLING OFF THE LOT! CADILLAC CONVERTER, SHOCKS, SHUTS, BALL JOINTS, BUSHINGS, BEARING, CONTROL ARMS- THE WHOLE FRONT END!!! THEN THE TRANSMISSION WENT OUT! PEOPLE RUN FOR YOUR LIFE! THEN, I PUT A BAD REVIEW UP ON THEM-MELANIE TEXT ME SOME NASTY STUFF TO MY PHONE, UMM WHAT??? SO, I OWED 4500 AND I WENT TO KIA GOT A NEW CAR. I DONT OWN THE CAR NO MORE. YET A LADY NAMED MS. BROWN STARTING CALLING MY PHONE THREATENING ME. I MEAN THE HARASSMENT IS INSANE. IM SO HAPPY TO BE AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. PEOPLE THEY PREY ON THE WEAK. IF YOU WORK AND CREDIT SCORE IS OVER 450 GO TO KIA- THEY WILL HELP YOU. EVEN IF YOU HAVE ON 250 LIKE JB BYRIDER TO PUT DOWN ON A CAR! DONT MESS WITH THESE PEOPLE YOU WILL BE ANGRY CRY EVERY DAY AND WANT TO CATCH A CHARGE!

They lie. I was told that they didn't need a trade and that people with not so good credit should get approved. Wrong on both counts. I spent two hours answering the same questions and then got turned down. That company can kiss my rear end. I will not reccomend them and will continue to rip them every chance I get. I am the beginning of my third year financing a van from JD Byrider and I would highly recommend them to anybody who may be having a hard time finding someone who will finance a vehicle. We had the pleasure of working with Steve who is actually the owner of that particular branch and I got to say he's a great guy!! They offer a 2 year warranty, discounted labor and $10 oil changes!! When nobody else wanted to help us they were more than happy to and I would highly recommend this place to anyone bad credit or not

Paid vehicle off in March of 2019 still have not received title I have made multiple attempts to call main title dept they do not answer or return calls

Do NOT!!!!!! get a car from them. I had an accident and they totaled my car out, but still put it on my credit as a involuntary repossession. Then tell me I still owe 7 grand. They are crooks especially the Desoto Texas one. I should have went to Mega Motors if i knew they was going to do me like this. Never again will i do business with them. I will be contacting the better business bureau to file a compliant.

Dont and I repeat dont by a vehicle thru Byrider. Or their finance department CNAC they lie and refuse payments. Especially the Boise office. And the bosses there don't care at all. And if you say anything negative they threaten to call the cops to have you remove

AWFUL COMPANY-the vehicles they sell are terrible and break down fully within the first year. I bought my SUV from them less than a year ago: the transmission failed on the interstate, the windshield wiper motor failed during a storm, the battery died after they told me it was good, the a/c failed and blower motor stopped working, the tire light wouldn't go off and they put the wrong fluid in my transmission line during an inspect. I have had nothing but bad things to say about them from the day I drove off of the lot. Please don't think for a second that the service dept cares because they do not, unfortunately for me, I always pay my bill on time even when I have to pay over 3,000.00 for these repairs but NEVER EVER AGAIN. BUYER BEWARE!

About eight months ago, on January 11th I bought a 08 Chevy cobalt off of you guys in attempt to settle a prior owner of that cars delinquent account. I offered you a substantial amount for that car in which your regional manager, accepted. I have receipt of the acceptance letter which stated this exact fact. Shortly thereafter, I sent you the agreed upon payment in full. About three days later I was given a payment confirmation and receipt of payment thru email correspondence. At that point, I was notified that I would be granted title of said vehicle between three and six months from payment. The payment was received 1/17/2019. I have made multiple attempts in the past 4-5 months to try to reach you guys to retrieve the status of the title. However, my attempts proved futile as you guys repeatedly failed to follow thru on promises of different departments to contact me to resolve my issue. This review is my last ditch effort for you guys to finally resolve this issue and avoid me going to my local state representative or legal representative to sue for breach of contract. This company does suck big time my car is almost paid for. They always threatening me with repo they re men people who act like life doesn't happen I got laid off and needed an extension but they steady going in they want to take my car away when I only have 4000 left to pay to resale it at higher price I can't wait to pay mine off so I can move on with my life and I won't ever buy another car from them again......!!!!! Also the finance manager is supposed to be who helps she doesn't he has a smart mouth and likes embarrassing people she told my business in front of a room full of people. While I was getting repair done. It wasn't my fault I couldn't pay at that time

Bought a 2010 Taurus month after I bought it all air started coming from defrost only costly to repair. And of course not in warranty so now I get to bake all summer.

I had an issue with my vehicle and Ms. Brandy, from the South Carolina branch, take care of the issue right away. I am so happy for her help and how genuinely concern she was about the entire situation. She went above and beyond her duties to make sure I was a happy customer!

Went in on my birthday and my boy jesse wisdom did everything he could to get me in the vehicle I wanted, had a great experience and general manager mark was great on finding me the best insurance in my budget, would recommend to anyone! They will work with you and find a way!!

Bought a car may 17th told them I just got paid they set my payment due the next week knowing I get paid every two weeks then motor was knocking and transmission was slipping took it in for repair under there warranty and they done a patch job added oil sedatives to stop the knock same on transmission bought this car hoping I made a right choice and just been a terrible experience Pensacola FL

I got less than 5 payments to go and I get a call that they dont process check payments no more. First of all I'm not giving any info by phone second this is very inconvenient for me their customer service is second to last a few month back I bring my car to be serviced my ac isn't working and oil needed changing and I asked for them to check and service a few other things all they did was change the oil and said it's not hot you dont really need your ac and its cold outside and everything else is fine yet come back when it gets hot that left a bad taste in my mouth because I have to get my car fixed on their schedule so inconvenient and because I have a few payments left their sending me emails to buy another car from them after this experience I won't even buy life saving medicine from them their bad business people who screw their customers I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

If it was possible to assign zero stars that’s what I would do. They are absolutely the worst. Their behavior is borderline harassing. They call constantly to “remind me” that I have a payment due. When I initially signed my contract I requested that I pay monthly and I was told that it would not be a problem. That was a lie. I must pay biweekly on my payday. Last week my family and I went out of town on vacation during the time my payment was due. I didn’t think anything of it. As it would only be a few day 3 exactly. When I returned home and checked my email I had received a notice of repossession. I made the payment and now I’m refinancing with another company.
