The hole company suck and there having financial issues they will be getting shut down soon and I’m glad management and HR sucks horribly

I don't even want to give him one star, they deserve no Stars the sales team is amazing. The service department sucks they force you to pay for an extended warranty program that they would go their way out of and say that it's not covered under waorange like literally, I have paperwork stating a code that is coming up on my husband's car for a transmission problem and they are claiming. We have to pay for a diagnostic test when I've already paid 3 people for one. And I have the pronounce of it. We got nothing but problems with the service department people lying to us and they sold him a car with the headlights shining on the ground. We want our money back for the extended word. Do we paid for Cos? I've read BB reviews and they're all bad and it all has to do with your janky extended warranty. So I think you need to change it. Cause you're literally about to get sued by me.

I bought a car from JB Rider in Joliet about maybe 4 years ago never been late on the payment get a little short on work only was late one time they called everybody in my family to see when they going to get their payment only been late one time in 4 years thank God I only have 1500 more hundred dollars to Pay and I'm done

I bought a ford focus! Made 3 biweekly payments. The trans mission went out I knew something was up because the salesman keep calling to see how the car was. They have had for two in a half years now. Please anybody reading this do not buy from this place!!!!

Had a car for about 6 weeks been in shop 3 times problems still not fixed and now they won't just exchange it I'm tired of calling off of work losing money to take it back that place is a joke I'm calling corporate tomorrow lemon law is getting filed

We had a issue at first ..The car would overheat..byrider put in a new part that fixed the problem.Now our car runs awesome..Thank you byrider for keeping your end honest

J.D Byrider in Bradenton FL is the worst car lot to ever get a car from my car has been in the shop 4 times and still not fixed the employees are not professional at all very rude from the owner to the workers! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GET A CAR/TRUCK FROM THEM!!!

I bought a Cadillac SRX I've had nothing but problems since the first week I bought it I've had it in the shop I don't even know how many times buy Rider probably three or four times my own mechanic I don't know how many times but the reason time was it just stopped running there was no power to it at all headed towed to my mechanic my mechanic had it like 4 days couldn't figure out put a battery in everything took it to Cadillac Cadillac couldn't find out what was wrong with it for I don't know how long cuz I didn't have a car for over a month they put a battery in it and now it's running so there's a major electrical issue somewhere in the car I don't feel safe driving it I would never buy another vehicle from them ever again the junk cars they give you the runaround when you try calling them they won't answer your questions it's around about way they will not answer direct question and I'm done now I paid on that car for 3 years never was late now I just don't even care I've had to put so much money into it it's not even funny

Nice LOOKING cars and trucks unfortunately seems to have major repairs needed the warranty doesn't cover all the hubs, catalytic converters, compressors stuff like that ppl I know need cars I'm too embarrassed to tell them to go here do t want to loose friends

I called them because I got pre approved I got there with my truck to trade in they did give me a decent price for my trade but I wanted a truck they kept trying to push me into getting something else which I’m not happy about. First of all this place is supposed to deal with people with not a ton of money and they are supposed to help you. Nope they don’t they did just the opposite. They never tell you the mileage or price and they want 20+ thousand for trucks with over 100 thousand miles on them. They were running a special supposedly of 500 and some odd dollars down that’s false advertising. They wanted more than 3000 down cause I guess they can only finance 14 thousand so yes the 500+ down is false advertisement I’m not pleased I’m not happy but it’s ok cause I still have my old trusty truck. Screw this place and everyone that works there. They are crooks. Never again will I go there

Purchased a 2014 chrysler 200 last from lancaster ave shillington paJune 2022 a month after I had it transmission went everything was running fine till a little bit ago took car dropped of June 24th it wasent till 2 weeks after I had to call and find out about car that it needed a 2nd transmission they finally got to it 4 weeks later put second transmission in went to do emissions inspection on it and code came up now they need to put another transmission in which makes 3 in one year wish they were honest people and at least give my down money back they are crooked people and dave and Greg in service have no morals and no feelings and that goes for owner Mike too they don't care who they take advantage of as long as they get a paycheck

I had my car for 6 months and on July 1st I was riding down the street and the whole connection that connect the tire to the car popped off out of nowhere. I didn’t hit anything at all. I got my car towed to them and they told me I have to take my car to a body shop. But All and all this is they fault because even if I did hit something the whole part that connect the tire will not come off. My tire is still attached to the car so how is it my fault. It could have took how ever long it took they didn’t do a good job at putting the parts on smh.

I got a car on a Friday afternoon woke up the next morning car wouldn’t start. Car was towed back to the lot they fixed ignition got the car back! Car was not driving good so went in for service they changed the wheel hub assembly got the car back and yet again car was still not driving correct they got me in once again 2 months later redid the wheel hub assembly the barrings said it needed the upper and lower control arms and was suppose to put in a new ac compressor rather then fixing these things while the car is there I was told I have to set up a new service appointment for that. I get the car back and soon as I start driving I hear grinding the breaks are metal to metal mind you before I dropped my car off the breaks was perfectly fine. So I did make a new service appointment for July 12th I get a phone call yesterday telling me my appointment would be moved to July 17th due to the Springfield. This is so unprofessional. You send someone away knowingly that it is dangerous to drive a car that needs certain maintenance… but I can assure you they don’t want to wait on that payment

You have to be on time for the payment but take time to fix it. Reach out to the dealership for what. The finance person talks to you like a child. I took my car in March they only fixed one side of my vehicle. Two months later the same problem but on the other side of the
vehicle and then charged me. When it should have been done back in March. Let me be one day late on a payment. Here comes the calls and threats have never been over seven days late with a payment. If you have a family and other bills. They take priority over all. The car is a piece of crap and paying 224 every two weeks for a 2010 the head lights don't work thr remote start don't work. But they want you to continue to make payments on this piece of crap

Well we got a car from JD byrider a year ago and it's been in the shop in the cedar rapids Iowa where we got the car it's using antifreeze and they cannot find out what is wrong with it it's been in the shop more times than we drove it I have told them that the number three cylinder is putting antifreeze in a spark plug it runs rough every now and then does not want to start and they said they have top notch mechanics that can't figure this out they try to put a Band-Aid on everything just to push you through so they don't have to fix the warranty or replace the motor I am very unsatisfied with them if I knew now what I know then about this company I would have bought a horse and buggy and still had a better transportation I recommend anybody not to go through them because they banded things up and send you on their way I have all the paperwork for everything the head gasket is under warranty I have told him what is wrong with it and they say don't question my mechanics they are certified I don't even take this car out of town because I don't want to leave it stranded or me stranded alongside the road or pay a lot of money to have it towed back to cedar rapids Iowa so anybody that is out there looking for a car I suggest you not go to JB byrider because they will not stick to their word even though you tell them is what is wrong with it and they still cannot find the problem

This place dnt try and work with you, they have things on the websites that you have options to do but when you call and ask they dnt do that anymore. I wish I didn’t spend my money or time with jdbyrider, the place is horrible and they take your money!!!! To whom it may concern please be careful messing with jdbyrider they need to be closed down. They wheel u in with all these special offers they have but it’s bs!!!! PLEASE DNT BUY A CAR FROM JDBYRIDER PLEASE!!!!!!

My car was in a wreck last week and I filed my claim and heard nothing from the insurance that cnac all week but was called daily for my car payment but nothing regarding getting my vehicle back on the road there people are shady just want your money

I did an online application and told everything looked good! Called and asked if I went all the way there if I could get a vehicle, was told yes everything looked good, found a ride drove a half hour to get there only to be told they can't help me, thanks for nothing JDB!!!!!
