Clean Gym with Good Facilities
I had a very good experience at JD Gyms. The gym is always clean, the equipment is modern and well maintained, and there is a wide range of machines for different workouts. The staff are friendly and helpful whenever I need assistance. The atmosphere is motivating, and I enjoy coming here to exercise. Overall, it offers great value for money. I would definitely recommend JD Gyms to others.

Staff was very helpful as someone who has never set foot in a gym before I ask if I could have a look around before I joined which they happily did so on my first visit I didn’t feel overwhelmed after my second visit I booked a demonstration to show me how to use some of the machines and again staff was very helpful and made me feel welcome

My life would be better if they…
My life would be better if they refurbished this run down hole of a gym. Its dirty and always broken stuff. I train 5 days a week, 3 hours a day. If they would just put some money back into this place it would do the world of good.

Too many of the rubbish equipment
Too many of the rubbish equipment. Not enough of frequently used equipment. Gym is over subscribed leading to long wait times and queues. Toilets are always in poor condition and the showers stink. Equipment is forever broken and it's ages until it's repaired

We’re also disappointed to hear your concerns around cleanliness and the condition of the showers – this isn’t the standard we aim to provide, and we’ll ensure your comments are passed on to the gym team.
In terms of the equipment, our teams do carry out regular maintenance checks and work with engineers to get any issues resolved as quickly as possible, but we appreciate how frustrating it is when items are out of order.

Initial experience
The overall experience is fine, however i would be glad if you can add clothes hanging hooks in bathrooms as there are none and you have to use door to hang your clothes/towel.

Messy/dirty gym with nasty staff and shite music
one of the dirtiest gyms I’ve ever been to. The place looks messy, chaotic, and badly maintained, with no real effort to keep it clean. It feels unhygienic and unpleasant to train in.
Staff attitude is shocking, rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. Instead of being helpful, the tone feels confrontational.
To make it worse, the music is ridiculously loud and absolute shite. It’s more like torture than motivation and completely ruins the atmosphere.
Would not recommend.
